SaplingSLT provides individualised speech and language therapy to children with speech, language, attention, listening and communication difficulties. We are passionate about delivering a high standard of therapy and work hard to ensure sessions are interactive and enjoyable for both the child and their parents/carers. 

Helping patients with the stresses and strains of modern life is the aim of this clinic, through a range of natural therapies. The clinic is located in West Wickham in Kent. Therapies provided by the clinic include Acupuncture, Aromatherapy, Bowen Technique, Flower Essences, Homeopathy, Reflexology, Reiki, Sports Massage, Stress Management, Tai chi, Meditation and Tui Na massage. The clinic also offers workshops and courses on a variety of topics as well as tuition services for children to help them achieve their full potential in school.

My clinics are at GP surgeries in Dorset (Gillingham) and Wiltshire (Tisbury and Amesbury). I do also offer one non-clinical venue (Quaker Meeting House, Salisbury). This venue has a purpose-built Children's Room, ideal for treating children (0-18), I also see adult patients in the Library Room. As a Registered Practitioner Psychologist and an EMDR accredited practitioner, I am also DBS checked and hold full insurance.

I am a classically trained homeopath and natural health care practitioner. Clients who live in and around Berkshire and London are welcome to come in person to my clinics, and for long-distance and international clients, arrangements are made to be seen via Zoom, Skype and video call appointments.

Bowen is a therapy that is used on humans, canines and equines!! The treatment is essentially holistic, treating the whole body and helping it to maintain the natural state of homeostasis. Bowen is a non-invasive and very relaxing experience. In 2006, after a positive experience of Bowen myself I was convinced about the technique and I began my training with the European College of Bowen Studies before traveling to Melbourne to continue my training with Smart Bowen International College of which I now teach for here in the UK. I qualified as a Bowen Therapist in 2007; becoming a registered MBTPA & IICT International Institute of Complementary Therapies. I also added to my education by completing ITECS in Anatomy and Physiology along with my first aid and Nuro-Structural Integration Technique (NST). At the end of 2007, I had begun the exciting adventure of starting my own business in Bowen Therapy.
