Homeopathy is a system of medicine that is fundamentally different from conventional (allopathic) medicine. Whereas allopathic medicine focuses on suppression of symptoms, homeopathy seeks to correct the underlying imbalance that caused the symptoms to appear in the first place. Homeopathy achieves this by dynamically meeting the central disturbance with specially prepared remedies, and strengthening the body’s own defenses, thereby allowing the body to heal itself. It is a truly individualised, wholistic, patient-centred approach to health and well-being.
I am a classically trained homeopath and natural health care practitioner. Clients who live in and around Berkshire and London are welcome to come in person to my clinics, and for long-distance and international clients, arrangements are made to be seen via Zoom, Skype and video call appointments.
Arunjot is a fully qualified homeopath and a member of The Society of Homeopaths (UK's largest professional body). Since graduating from The College of Homeopathy in 1995, Arunjot has worked in many different types of natural health clinics around the world including India, Africa and South America. She is an active member of Thames Valley Homeopaths and co-facilitates a local Arnica group.Prior to this she worked in mental health services development , health promotion and Women's Health.
Presently Arunjot lives in Berkshire from where she sees private clients in East Berkshire.
