Biography:

Seona has been practicing Chirorpactic for 5 years and is passionate about proving chiropractic therapy to restore normal biomechanical function. Prior to training as a chiropractor she was a personal trainer and remedial and sports massage therapist. 

Seona believes that Chiropractic can benefit everyone from the very young to the elderly and should not exclude anyone. 

As part of her ongoing education Seona has studied the treatment of biomechanical strain in pregnancy such as Sypmphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD), back pain and postural pain during pregnancy - she understands the discomfort that pregnancy can bring as her son has just turned a year old.

Seona also has a keen interest in Myofascial release techniques and applies these techniques in much of her daily treatments

Techniques used: Drop Techniques; Diversified;  Activator Technique; Trigger Point Therapy; Myofascial release technique.
