I came to Renata struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem and a sense of loss in my life. I can safely say that my time with her has been life-changing. Renata introduced me to CBT, Schema therapy and EDMR. I now have the tools to recognise and challenge my thoughts and fears rather than allowing them to control me. More importantly, I’m learning to show up for myself in the world, trust myself and, perhaps for the first time, really learn to love myself.
