Health Screening Consultation Dublin, Dublin County

I was referred to the clinic by a friend a number of years ago and now consider it my regular GP office. I receive next-day appointments and am always seen by doctor Palmer. The staff are always friendly, helpful and I could not recommend the clinic highly enough.

Had a mini medical scare last week and contacted Hanover Medical Centre for a consultation, firstly over the phone and then a face-to-face assessment. The staff on the phones were incredibly professional and helpful in trying to accommodate my (stressful) needs and I would like to say a big thank you to all of them for their help. My appointment was with Dr David Gibson and he was really fantastic. Both over the phone and in person, he made me feel at ease and decreased my initial stresses very quickly. He was very courteous and made a number of phone calls on my behalf to try to find a hospital for a further appointment and pending surgery. He even followed up my appointment with a follow-up phone call to me to see if I had been accommodated with the hospital appointment. A really nice and very personal touch. Thank you, Dr Gibson, for all your help and I would definitely attend again should I be in need of medical care and attention. Many thanks to all at Hanover Medical. :)

Telephone consult with Dr. Sayed. First time using this doctor and she seemed understanding patient and professional. I was pretty happy and will attend her again.

Such a gentle and understanding Doctor, Dr Sonja made me feel completely at ease and reassured me that I was being heard and not wasting anyone's time. I am so happy I chose to keep this appointment ( which I had been tempted to cancel as I really didn't want to create a fuss - surely it was just Menopause and there was nothing I could do about it!) I came away after the most thorough consultation I have ever had and much more reassured that there is an explanation for everything. I'm in a much happier place today. Thank you Dr Sonja.
