I have been having various skin treatments on my face by the lovely Nathan over the last couple of years. I started with facial peels which were amazing for my skin as I was trying to get rid of my pigmentation. I have now gone on to using the Obagi Skin range treatment is a medical grade treatment recommended to me by Nathan. The results are amazing and my pigmentation has gone I am so pleased with the results. Nathan talked me through everything I needed to help my skin and I am so pleased with my new skin. I was greeted and had been communicating back and forward with Sarah about the best suitable filler for my current lip structure. I was given very good advice and decided to go ahead. I Felt that she was extremely honest with her recommendations that were best suited for myself, many other companies may try to enhance the money they get from you. Throughout the entire procedure, I was checked up on, spoken to and had each segment explained to me. I felt completely comfortable and aware of what was happening. I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.

What an awesome experience. Dr Mirza is kind, patient, and really knows what he is talking about. He restored my faith in medicine after the treatment I received from another source. The clinical area was very clean and the reception staff very polite.
