We use advanced thermocoagulation for skin tag removal which involves an electrical current flowing through a tiny needle which generates heat and is applied to the skin lesion. We would use a local anaesthetic cream to numb the area prior to the treatment. This technique has a superior aesthetic outcome compared with other treatments. The cost is £150 for the removal of 3 small tags.

I provided images and got a free in person consultation where two surgeons gave me options on the treatment and how it would be step by step and how recovery steps would also be.
