I had a full body Swedish massage and it was very good. I’ve been very stressed lately and this made me feel much better. I felt comfortable the whole time and I think it’s very good value for money.
Hannah was again fabulous as always, her attention to detail is second to none, she has a fantastic bedside manner and is so caring and kind, and she always shows a genuine interest in you as a person as well as a client. Harriet and Kayleigh have always been equally as kind and helpful in their email responses, it’s the little kind things that people do along the way that matter most. The staff at Anestetics of Essex have all been very well picked to match this. I have visited all 3 clinics now and I have had a very positive experience at all 3. Beata is always contactable, highly professional and put me at ease with my scars, explaining the treatment options available (laser scar removal at different depths) and letting me choose the course of action and how many treatments/what products she recommended without being pushy. Would highly recommend her services and Eternal Face & Body clinic (which is lovely, airy and clean).
