Burley House Dental Care

I hadn't been to the dentist since I had finished university, so I was rather anxious about going to the dentist. I live not far from Burley House Dental Care and my neighbour had recommended them.

My first impression when I walked in was that there was a nice warm calm atmosphere and the other people in the waiting room were drinking coffee and having a chat with the receptionist. I was offered a drink whilst I filled in some paper work and was only waiting about 5 minutes before I went in.

The dentist was very good and explained everything she was going to do. I even had x-rays which I have never had before. I did unfortunately need two fillings and my teeth cleaning, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised that things were not as bad as I remember and afterwards I didn't have any pain.

Overall I was impressed with the treatment I received and I will be returning for my regular check ups.

It is great to have a dentist who is so confident and trustworthy. Since seeing Jayne she has really sorted out my teeth. I've been using the in-between tooth brushes she recommended and got an electric tooth brush and my wife says she can really see a difference in my smile and if I'm still smiling after 39 years of marriage and a visit to the dentist, it cant be bad!

I have been a patient at Burley House Dental Care for some 8 years now and that in itself is the best type of review. Catherine has looked after my pearly whites for a long time now, she and the professional team she has built around her have always done their best to promote the best outcomes for my teeth. Friendly, upbeat, positive, supportive and straight talking are just a few impressions of the team at Burley House. Having been in the chair that much any dental work I have needed has been done with the utter confidence that Catherine knows what she is doing and gets on with it ! Often with a full description as she goes. Never had anything but a positive experience at Burley and will continue to eat cinder toffee safe in the knowledge that all my bases are covered.

Dental Care

Great practice - clean, friendly, lots of explanation about the treatment I needed and the first time I have had a completely pain-free filling. Highly recommend especially if you are the nervous type - which I used to be! I have bags of confidence now and intend to become a regular.

Dental Checkup ,clean and filling

I chose this practice after reading the reviews and was as impressed as everyone else has been. Staff really friendly, decent magazines and a great cappuccino as I was 20 minutes early. Most thorough check-up I have ever had with everything explained and all my options discussed for the one tooth I needed treatment for. Not bad considering I haven't seen a dentist in 5 years. Will be a regular from now on !
