I attended YDS last year after researching somewhere for a dental implant. I spoke to several dental practices but really struggled to find a practice I was confident about until I read about Dr Nigel Hargreaves on-line. I booked in for assessment and Dr Nigel was fabulous. So calm and lovely. I’ve had the implant now and have also taken out a regular subscription to have my routine dental checkups and GBT cleaning with hygienist Claire, who is also very skilled and professional. The dental practice at Leeds is like no other I’ve ever seen. It feels warm and welcoming like entering a high end hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional and it all runs on time like clockwork. Everyone there presents themselves to the highest standards and you are always made to feel like a valued client, not just a patient. It’s worth the hour long drive to get there for me and paying the price of private practice. Yes it’s expensive, but market competitive and the excellent skills, care and service provided give added value. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

My recent treatment started just before last Christmas, I already had a top denture made by HQ that was about 10yrars old, my bottom teeth were all corroding, so I went to see Sophie! She put me at my ease straight away, made appointments each Friday in January, she pulled 10 teeth out and I was given a temporary set of teeth, I waited 3 months for the gums to heal and went back in April. The permanent dentures were fitted & wow are they terrific! Everyone thinks there veneers, an I let them think they are!! Iv gone to HQ at least 20 yrs since it was a tiny terrace house in pudsey, I can’t recommend them more highly!! Thankyou Sophie for your kindness & patience!! X
