Amalgam Filling Leeds, West Yorkshire

I have had composite bonding done to most of my lower teeth and two of the upper canine teeth. The bottom teeth were worn and my normal yellowy colour and the two upper teeth had acquired a grey tinge. I am absolutely thrilled about the bonding work done. The colour matches in with my existing lighter-coloured crowns and my whole ‘smile’ looks clean, bright and healthy. There is no ‘dentures-look’ with just a straight line of teeth, as you can find with some cosmetic dentistry, as each tooth has been shaped to look natural and then all polished up. I’m sure I look younger! I can’t stop looking at my teeth in the mirror. Thank you so much Horsforth Smile. I am pleased to recommend your services.

I have to say this dentist is one of the best dentists I have ever visited and I’m so scared of going to the dentist, but every time I visit I feel at ease. I suffer from anxiety (but honestly the dentist Dr Aileen Shum) is so lovely and genuine. She listens to you and is so kind and reassuring and would do anything to help you relax.

Fabulous staff- only found the team 2 years ago. But as time went on I’ve brought the whole family inc grandad. These guys are spot on and love them very much as real and not false fat lip fancy smiles. They are real Dentists. Old dentist I thought was ok, but when I came here everything made sense. The old dentist was make do and mend, maybe as I was on denplan so all they wanted was the monthly money and us all out of the door. The effect was like putting a plaster on it, but not treating the issue. The team here look at all angles from repair / long term fix and real whitening and straightening. I personally came with bad teeth, but now I know they will outlive me.

My recent treatment started just before last Christmas, I already had a top denture made by HQ that was about 10yrars old, my bottom teeth were all corroding, so I went to see Sophie! She put me at my ease straight away, made appointments each Friday in January, she pulled 10 teeth out and I was given a temporary set of teeth, I waited 3 months for the gums to heal and went back in April. The permanent dentures were fitted & wow are they terrific! Everyone thinks there veneers, an I let them think they are!! Iv gone to HQ at least 20 yrs since it was a tiny terrace house in pudsey, I can’t recommend them more highly!! Thankyou Sophie for your kindness & patience!! X

Morning Big thank you for all at Taylor Dental Care at Idle. Well, my journey has come to an end 😕 Kate had a great experience getting my teeth removed repaired and cleaned. Mark made me smile again with confidence, it is a perfect fit, looks fantastic colour plenty perfect with my real teeth, a great experience. Been a patient for at least 4 or 5 years now and I always highly recommend them. Whether it's NHS or a private treatment I've paid for, me and my family are always treated really well. They're professional, the clinic is clean, all staff are friendly, trustworthy and considerate. Just one bit of feedback for the practice is just one occasion (whilst having a filling) the radio was playing in the background and I had to listen to news announcements while I was trying to stay calm through injections. Of course most of the news was stories of trauma and death so it was anything but relaxing. This isn't a criticism of the dentist but it's worth considering what sounds/music your patients can hear and focus on whilst having treatments. And also asking beforehand if they want talking through what's happening. I know lots of people don't want to hear but personally I really appreciate being given updates on what the dentist is doing through the process, so being given the choice would be nice I think. This is the only suggestion for improvement I have. I think Carnegie is a great dental clinic.
