Martha and Amita have been so caring throughout the few years that I have been with this practice. I know I am probably one of their worst patients but to be honest they have not made me feel that way. Martha gently encouraged me to keep on with the treatment to restore the smile I had lost. Amita was always there to lend me her hand (literally) and her presence was missed if I went for an appointment, and she wasn't there.
What has impressed me the most is Martha's transparency about the treatment and the length of time, and she never made me feel judged which was the reason I had left many other dentists in the past.
As far as I am concerned reception is the front-line staff and this is where the journey begins for the patient, and they have all been jovial every time I have gone there. I do admit having a favourite who is Andrei but that is not taking away from the others.
My children are patients of Martha's and although they are now old enough to go elsewhere, they have stayed with Martha because they know they can trust her and Amita.
Anyone reading this please be reassured that you will be in good hands if you are looking for a patient, caring, and empathic dentist.
Thanks, Elm House staff!!!
