Dr. Dean Carr qualified at Guys Hospital, London in 1981 and has been co-principal of the practice since 1986 building it up on a reputation for excellence. His relaxed and informal approach immediately puts nervous patents at ease. He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons and American Academy of cosmetic dentists Dean has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and has attended many training courses including those run by world renowned cosmetic dentist Bill Dorrfman. Dr Susan Carr also qualified at Guys Hospital, London in 1981 and has been co-principal of the practice since 1986. She is also a member of the Royal College of Surgeons British Dental Association and American Academy of cosmetic dentists. Sue is passionate about dentistry and the creation of an attractive and healthy smile. She has attended many postgraduate courses including endodontics, periodontics, tooth whitening and is qualified to carry out Invisalign invisible braces on patients wanting straighter teeth to keep up date to with new treatment options and techniques. Dr Dirk Slabbert qualified from the University of Pretoria in South Africa in 1983. After working in Bloemfontein in private practice he moved to Brighton East Sussex in 1992 to work as a Surgical Dental Surgeon. To date, he has placed in excess of 5,000 implants. Dirk has a special interest in implants, cosmetic, and surgical treatments. He is qualified to offer treatment under sedation and has been placing and restoring implants for the last fifteen years.
