Bute House Dental Surgery

I and my family have had our teeth looked after by Dr. Philip Dyson for about 30 years. I cannot fault the service. A couple of days ago Phil advised me to see the hygenist, and reluctantly I duly made my appointment with Amber. I was really scared as my teeth are very sensitive so prior to my appointment I put some oil of cloves on my teeth. I had no idea that the cloves smelt so strong.

Whilst I was waiting in the waiting room for the witching hour to approach, a member of staff came upstairs and commented on the unusual smell, thinking it may be polish.
I was guided in the room to see Amber and her assistant. They were awesome. Amber was really gentle and sympathetic to me and my sensitive teeth. I will certainly be paying Amber a visit again without being so frightened. Thank you.
