Dentist Erdem Salim Yılmaz was incredibly helpful. He listened to my problems with great care and patience. He explained the problems and procedure with both clarity and integrity. I really feel he prioritized the patient mouth health over financial aspect. Moreover, he was a warm and Easygoing person. He empathised with me throughout the whole process. I really recommend him as a dentist and doctor.

We recently visited Prime Istanbul Dental Clinic, and both my mother and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. My mother, who is 68 years old, underwent the All-on-4 system with zirconium crowns. Despite her age and initial concerns, everything was handled professionally, with great care and high-quality results. I personally got one implant and two crowns done, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help, and the clinic itself was modern, clean, and well-organised. The accommodation provided was also very comfortable, which made the whole stay much more pleasant. During the healing process, 2 of the 8 implants didn’t adopt properly, but the clinic acted swiftly and responsibly, replacing them with wider ones free of charge under the warranty, which really speaks to their commitment to patient care and satisfaction. A very special thank you to our coordinator, Ella, who was always available, supportive, and responsive. She made everything so much easier by answering all our questions, helping us at every step, and making us feel secure and well-informed throughout the whole process. The price was right in my opinion, with no hidden costs, and everything was clearly explained in advance, which we really appreciated. We are truly grateful for the excellent service and results and would highly recommend Clinic Prime Istanbul to anyone looking for top-quality dental treatment in Turkey!

After a consultation with Dera Dental, I couldn't start the treatment for some reasons. When I contacted them again later, they helped me with the same transparency. After setting a date, I came to Istanbul. As promised, they met me at the airport and took me to my hotel. Then the treatment started without wasting any time. Dr. Ali İlker makes you feel that he is an expert doctor and you feel safe. He placed the implants without any pain during the treatment process. Then the temporary teeth were attached. We waited for the implants to fuse with the bone before attaching my permanent teeth. When I returned to Istanbul, my permanent teeth were ready and they were perfect. Dr. Ali was very helpful with my permanent teeth and made sure they were done exactly as I wanted. Dera Dental did an excellent job.
