After a great deal of research, I chose the Novusklinik for a full dental restoration, 8 Implant, 7 extractions, a full set of, top-of-the-line dentures for the top arch and crowns on all the lowers. All 28 teeth. I am 50% through the process but am extremely satisfied with their work, professionalism, dedication and follow-up with their patients. The 7 extractions were easy and the generous amount of freezing ensured the process was completely pain-free. They sent me home with a temporary set of acrylic dentures for the top arch so that the implants have time to heal. They are fairly thick so it has taken some time to get used to the and I still have a slight lisp which is a little annoying and gets worse when I have a lot of saliva. Aftercare and follow up communication have been great. The place is spotless, the staff amazing and don’t worry if you don’t speak Turkish they have an interpreter with you every step. Pick up at the airport, driver for all your appointment.and they will drop you off at the airport when your heading home. Can’t wait to get back in Sept and complete all the work. If I had any complaint at all it would have been with the hotel that was reserved for my stay. I think it was called Ruby suites, The fridge never worked and staff never made much of an effort to get it fixed. I complained several times and even spoke to staff at the clinic but this was never resolved. Other than that it was a very positive experience. I would like to thank Maria who was alway very attentive to my treatment and needs and all the staff.

I was brought straight to the clinic from the airport and met Ali, very friendly and helpful. The clinic is very modern and spotless, I had 6 implants fitted that evening. Dr. Sabit said there might be some pain from the injections, but I felt no pain whatsoever. The procedure was very gentle and quick. I’ll be back in 3 months to finish my smile makeover. After a consultation with Dera Dental, I couldn't start the treatment for some reasons. When I contacted them again later, they helped me with the same transparency. After setting a date, I came to Istanbul. As promised, they met me at the airport and took me to my hotel. Then the treatment started without wasting any time. Dr. Ali İlker makes you feel that he is an expert doctor and you feel safe. He placed the implants without any pain during the treatment process. Then the temporary teeth were attached. We waited for the implants to fuse with the bone before attaching my permanent teeth. When I returned to Istanbul, my permanent teeth were ready and they were perfect. Dr. Ali was very helpful with my permanent teeth and made sure they were done exactly as I wanted. Dera Dental did an excellent job. Thank you very much for answering all my questions after the treatment <3 My experience from start to finish was amazing. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Servet. He explained me all the treatment and has lots of experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. I had full mouth all on four with hybrid prosthesis. My surgeon Dr. Servet did an amazing job. I was so afraid to have this surgery but the doctor made all the process super comfortable for me. Honestly, I did not even feel any pain. They offered me painkiller shots after the surgery for couple of days but I did not even need it.
