A great experience all round! I travelled to Istanbul to attend Novusklinik for a 'Hollywood Smile'. Before choosing the clinic, I had sent messages to several clinics, but I chose Novus due to the personal approach they portrayed. The communication via WhatsApp before my commitment was really informative and honest, without feeling like I was being pushed to a decision and the approach they had really helped with my easy decision to choose Novus. The procedure went smoothly. I was welcomed to the clinic and was informed of the process from start to finish with both Dr. Mustafa & Dr. Gulsah. I felt comfortable and happy, especially as I took the trip alone - this was important to me. I couldn't be happier with the results that have been achieved. My teeth look great and pain following the procedure has been minimal; I have only experienced some slight sensitivity, which I expected anyway. I would recommend the clinic to anyone looking for a more personal approach and for fantastic results :)

ABSOLUTELY loved this company, their clinic, and their work. How much passion they put into making you pleased with everything, starting from the transfer from the airport where Mr Sencar greeted us with smile and positivity, had fun during the whole ride. The hotel they provide was just great, everything was client-friendly, always had everything we needed, starting from basic needs to complex stuff, all thanks to Dental Institute. Getting to the main point: Dental Care. To say that I was happy with the work they did with my teeth is to say nothing. I was JUMPING because of the happiness I had when I first saw my teeth after they applied veneers and implants that I needed and couldnt get for years due to high prices of dental care in Europe. The colouring, and shaping of veneers they did for me feels like it has been tailored for a superstar! LOL! Thanks to Dental Institute for giving me much more confidence, a new smile and the care you took of me while this trip, definitely can recommend
