I had some dental work done (cracked tooth and teeth whitening) at the Mastery Dental Clinic and l must say that the care l received was exceptional.

The crew were kind and conducted themselves professionally. The dentist took his time in making sure that l was satisfied with my result. The atmosphere is very friendly with a personal touch service.

I've left this review to give time for healing and ensure there were no problems. I had my treatment at the beginning of October. I needed my teeth fixed as they were in a poor way. I had composite bonding and three implants. The modelling was intensive and time consuming but the Dentist took pride and his time to ensure that my teeth were perfect. It took between 10 and 13 hours of work. The implants took an hour with two surgeons. So good was the work, I will return every six months for an examination as we would in Britain. I am looking for ongoing treatment with a trusted, experienced dental practice. This one fits the bill perfectly. Our NHS is shot, so now I am pleased to say that I shall have an ongoing relationship with Ozgur Yildrim. The team is small, personal and professional and I would have no hesitation but to recommend. They are trustworthy which is important when you are handing over large sums of cash. This is necessary if you want to avoid a massive 10% credit card charge.

The equipment is modern and new.
The Dentist is a teacher in his field and well qualified.
Dear Tulay, the coordinator, is well adversed in English, truthful, supportive and extremely organised and dedicated.
The team is small, friendly and personal. They go beyond their remit.

In my forties, I experienced several painful dental abscess infections that resulted in some unsuccessful root canal treatments and three extractions. Additionally, I had broken and chipped teeth, which led to the ability to eat only on the right side of my mouth. I was anxious about the crown on my right side failing in the future. I concluded that I needed intensive dental intervention to avoid further decline and considered three options:

Treatment in the UK
Treatment in Budapest, where my aunt had received treatment in 2013
Treatment at Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic, where my brother-in-law received treatment in 2023
UK prices were prohibitively expensive, and the scope of treatment available on the NHS was limited. So, I began consultations with Budapest and Özgür Yıldırım. Dental images were sent to both clinics, and both estimated that I needed 2 dental implants and 26 crowns, with the final diagnosis to be confirmed by X-ray. Due to the excellent communication and the outstanding work my brother-in-law had received in Turkey, I opted for the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic. Cost, although not the main factor, was also more competitive in Turkey. It's worth noting that the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic does not include accommodation or flights, which, in my view, makes their pricing structure more transparent.

Before my visit, I had some trepidation due to the mixed reviews I had read in the British media about Turkish dental treatment. However, my concerns were soon allayed on my first visit to the clinic. The state-of-the-art surgery and the professionalism of the team and Dr Özgür Yıldırım assured me that I was in safe hands. My initial X-ray showed that I didn't need any further work, and treatment started.

My four-stage treatment was as follows:

- Preparation for 26 Zirconium Crowns
- Surgery for two Straumann BLX dental implants*
- Temporary caps for crowns
- Permanent installation of crowns
*A return visit needs to be scheduled to fit the implant to the two crowns three months or more after the initial treatment.

During my week of treatment, I only experienced discomfort and no pain. The professionalism and expertise of Dr. Özgür Yıldırım far exceeded any dental treatment I have received in the UK, and communication from his customer services professional, Tulay, was first-class. As an added bonus, I was able to swim in the sea for six out of seven days and enjoy the Turkish sun.

The final results are incredible. I now have natural-looking healthy teeth and can eat with confidence on both sides of my mouth.

From start to finish, my experience with the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic has been outstanding. My only regret is that I didn't receive treatment from them 10 years ago.

We researched a lot of clinics and found Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic to be the one who provided the most information. We travelled on our holiday and Tulay provided all transport even our airport transfer and a very good price.

On the first day I attended the clinic it was very clean and all the staff were very professional and helpful, I had the first part of my procedure done and headed back after 5 days to complete the work.

I had a broken dental bridge on my front upper seven teeth, I slipped and fell chipping one of the teeth and damaging the bridge, I also had decay on another tooth at the back that was beyond repair.

I did a lot of research online looking for a good dentist, I am going to four weddings over the next few months and needed to get the work done as soon as possible, but only have one week of annual leave to travel.
They managed to fit me around their pre-booked workload, going to have medical work done on something as visual as your front teeth in another country when not speaking the language is a little daunting.
After talking to Tulay the sales and translator lady I felt reassured (she's lovely).

On arriving at the dentist on a Monday morning I was immediately impressed, the place was very modern had all the latest equipment and was very clean.
All the staff made me feel very welcome, they are all very professional and caring. The quality of the treatment I received was exceptional (better than I have had in the UK).

Part of my treatment was to remove my decayed tooth and insert an implant, I opted for the best system as a house is only as good as its foundations, I will return later in the year to get the crown fitted (minimum of 3 months for the bone to grow around the threads) and get crowns fitted onto my other teeth.

I would highly recommend using this dentist the quality/cost and the fantastic staff made it a pleasure (as much as a trip to the dentist can be).

I have just returned from Dr Yildirim's clinic in Turkey. I am so happy with the work I have had done. I had gaps in my teeth, they were discoloured and in bad shape. I had 28 zirconium crowns

The Dr is amazing at what he does. He is professional, ethical and so talented. I called him "The Master" as he truly is a master dentist.

Tulay was fantastic, a very elegant and organised co-ordinator. Everything was arranged with fine detail for us. The schedule, costs, hotel, transfers. She has great English and translated for us when needed.

The nurses Aleyna and Mehircan were amazing. Aleyna was very chatty and friendly. Mehircan was so caring and had such a beautiful smile.

The thing that makes this clinic stand out is the personal attention, organisation of treatment and craftmanship. I opted to have exclusive crowns. This means my crowns were made by hand by one of the best technicians in Turkey. I did not have to pick an "off the shelf" look, as you do in may clinics. I got to discuss what result I wanted and how I wanted my smile to look.

In the hotel many other dental patients were having treatment all over Antalya. Many using the "big companies" who advertise heavily in the UK. They were also impressed with my outcome. It is the fact that the Dr and Technician work closely to get the perfect result. I have teeth that have each been handcrafted, they look extremely natural. When in the clinic you have the full focus of the Dr and his team. You are the only patient in at that time.

I am so pleased with my treatment by Dr Yildrim. I had 4 replacement white fillings, 6 composite bonds to my top teeth and whitening. The results are amazing.

I researched for months before I decided to go to this Dr and I totally made the right choice.

Staying at the hotel I met numerous other dental patients having treatment in various clinics. They were with "the big companies" and I can truly say their experience did not match mine. I had a schedule of when I would be treated before I left the UK. Fellow travelers, not at my clinic, would merely get a text on the day saying to be ready in hour or so. They would get cancelled for the day or treatment deferred to hours before they left to go back home or arrive at the clinic and be waiting for hours to be seen. Our experience was totally different, we were seen at the time stated on our plan - this enabled us to plan our days, around our schedule and enjoy some much needed rest in beautiful Turkey.

I received a very personal and focused treatment plan and care. I would be the only patient in the clinic and had the full focus of the Dr and nurses. All of them were fantastic. Aleyna and Mehircan would hold your hand reassure you as they assisted the Dr work to the highest standard. I had no pain as I was given plenty of anesthetic for each treatment.

Everyone commented on how amazing my teeth looked at the hotel. All asking for my Dr's name and details - despite having just received their own treatment elsewhere. Everyone loved the fact I had such a personal experience as they had felt, on occasions, they were on a conveyor belt of dental patients.

Lastly I have to mention the amazing Tulay who organised the whole thing for me. The costing, hotel, transfer and schedule. She was there every time I was there to translate and reassure.

Before I left the Uk I was nervous, fearful of the dentist and most of all conscious of my teeth.

Leaving Turkey i felt far more confident, happy and that Dr Yildirim, Tualy, Aleyna and Mehircan- were my friends.
