I have experienced ongoing issues with Magic Smile. After three trips and spending almost £10,000, I have been unable to resolve problems with my treatment.
Communication became very difficult, and I was unable to get responses from the clinic. Although the owner confirmed in writing that my third visit would include the necessary corrective work, the clinic later refused to carry out the corrective surgery and informed me that my warranty had been revoked.
At a subsequent examination, I was quoted an additional £5,000 to replace my entire upper set of teeth, despite my expectation that the previous agreement would be honoured.
