Any issues and queries I had were dealt with at this aftercare appointment. I am reassured that going forward I will be cared for like family. This was my second visit, which concluded the entire five-month treatment process. The result exceeded my wildest expectations; I have a beautiful natural smile. Everyone tells me that I look very natural and beautiful.

I went to Kotul Healthcare in March 2025. I had 24 crowns and root canals. I can honestly say that from the moment I walked into the clinic, I knew I had made the right decision. Monty and the team were absolutely fantastic and made you feel so welcome and relaxed; my fear of dentists went out the window. Everything was explained about the procedure. I made the right choice; you hear so many horror stories, but everything was fantastic from start to finish, and the aftercare is amazing. I highly recommend using Kotul Healthcare, and you won't be disappointed. My smile every day says it all 😁

I was so nervous before I even thought about having treatment. I had spoken to many clinics until I was recommended to speak to Monty from Kotul. I was instantly eased. I was told exactly what I would need, and the cost was clear, and everything was detailed. Of course it could change after X-rays. But it really didn't. Some things were added, but some were also taken off. I wasn't charged for anything that wasn't needed. Everything was explained by Monty. And he really did make me relax. Once I got to arrivals, I had difficulty finding my transport. A simple message to Monty and my driver found me. Straight to the hotel. And was given a pick-up time for the next day. I need to comment now on the pick-ups..... I saw other people for other clinics that were given slots like between 8 and 12, and they had to wait around....not with Kotul. The driver was there on time every single day. Every time I went to the clinic, I was greeted at the door and taken in and made to feel so welcome. I was so impressed by the facilities. The cleanliness. The amount of attention to detail. You really have to experience it to believe it. The Dr's and clinicians were amazing. Every single one of them. I had many root canals, and I had a specialist for my front teeth and a different one for my back teeth. Everything was explained. I have been back for 9 months now, and everything has been fine. I even went to my uk dentist for a checkup, and he said all looks fine, but he can't touch me anymore. Which is fine because I don't anticipate problems. Visited Kotul Healthcare in September 2025 after a lot of research. Was collected from the airport the following day; we went for treatment after 3d x ray was given a price for implants and crowns. The treatment was surprisingly pain-free, just uncomfortable. Any questions Monty answered immediately and put our minds at ease. Returned to clinic before flight home was again collected and taken to clinic and also airport. We returned in March for completion of treatment. Whilst at the clinic, we were advised to have 7 root canals before crowns fitted; there were no extra charges for this. No problems with teeth or implants, so very, very happy; have a brilliant smile and a lot of people commenting on how natural teeth look. Also, the dentist was very helpful when choosing colour and shape, etc.

After months of touring UK dentists like I was auditioning them for a talent show, and doing what felt like full-on MI5-level investigations into the best clinic in Turkey, I finally spoke to Ramiz at Kotul Healthcare. From day one, I thought, “Right… I’ve found my place!”

Fast-forward 8 weeks and there I was, on a plane, off for a full mouth of dental implants. And let me tell you — I was PETRIFIED. Not just nervous… I mean shaking-like-a-bag-of-nails petrified. But the moment I stepped into the clinic the next day, the fear just… vanished. Magic.

First day: top teeth removed and implants in.
Next day: bottom teeth done.
And somehow, I was actually looking forward to it — who even am I?

In the UK, I had two teeth removed last year (thanks to infection), and I was in agony for two whole weeks.
At Kotul, they removed over 20 teeth and put in 8 implants, and I felt absolutely nothing. They numbed my gums with gel first, and the whole thing was genuinely pain-free. I was swollen and bruised — but I bruise if you even look at me funny, so that was no surprise.

I went back 4 months later to get my permanent teeth, and honestly… It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I can smile again, chew again, and basically live my best life — and all without a single twinge of the horror I expected.

I don't usually do reviews, so I might ramble.

I have had bad teeth for years due to a few bad experiences with UK dentists. So I started looking at getting them sorted after I finished playing rugby.

After a few weeks of just looking and reading, I contacted Kotul after seeing many excellent reviews from people on Facebook.
I didn't send any X-rays, just some photos of my mouth. I spoke with Monty, who instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. We had a plan and a price, but I knew this could change after my X-ray.

So I took the jump and booked my flights for around a month, I was collected from the airport and taken straight to my Hotel provided by Kotul. In the morning, I was picked up from my hotel and taken to Kotul Healthcare, where I was met at the door and met by Monty, who, as I said from the very first WhatsApp message, made me feel relaxed and welcome in a dentist's office for the 1st time in a very long time. I walked into this immaculately clean and cool surgery. We sat down and talked for a while, and then I had some X-rays and a 3d scan of my jaw, then a sit-down with the dentist who looked at the scans and suggested the best options. It turned out my roots in the lower jaw were healthy, so I didn't need as many implants as predicted, so the price came DOWN, which was a nice surprise after hearing horror stories of other clinics doubling the cost.

So we decided to do it all in one day: 2 implants on the bottom jaw, 5 extractions, and 6 implants on the top jaw.
I sat in the chair feeling nervous for about 30 seconds. I was talked to throughout and didn't feel one bit of pain, not even the injections.

Once all finished, I was told the plan for the rest of the treatments, given instructions for my Antibiotics, painkillers and some mouthwash, and my driver collected me and returned me to the hotel.

The next few days were being collected taken for the temp teeth fitting and adjustments, all very relaxed, and the driver even waited there for me.

The last day was a free day; the driver collected me from the hotel and dropped me off at the airport.

I travelled alone, but not at one point did I feel alone. Monty and everyone at Kotul made me feel welcome and let me know at every step of the way what was going on.
I need to return in 3-4 months to finish it all, but I can honestly say Monty and all at Kotul have restored my trust in dentists.

Update...

I have returned three and a half months later and had my finals fitted. Again, everything was so good, I felt so at ease. Every pick up was on time, and I never once felt on my own. Every member of the dental team made me feel welcome and at ease.
Each step was explained and discussed. Choosing the shape and colour wasn't rushed or brushed over.
I am so glad I chose Kotul after hearing some horror stories from patients of other clinics.

I have had so many people compliment me on how natural my teeth look and ask about my experience. I have nothing but praise For all at Kotul. Thank you all again.

So returned from Antalya 17/09/24 after having my treatment done at Kotul Healthcare. I can honestly say I've had the most amazing and rewarding experience of my life.

I first made contact with Monty in March and felt comfortable with him from day one. He was extremely helpful and was never pushy at all, which I found a problem with many other clinics I had made contact with. I must have contacted at least 25-30 clinics in Turkey, some of which I wrote off immediately. I decided to use Kotul as I felt they were the most honest out of all of those I had made contact with.

I made my first visit at the end of April, and as someone who is petrified of visiting the dentist, I was made to feel so comfortable, and every person at the clinic was so friendly. Once I had my X-ray done, my treatment slightly changed to what I had initially been told I would need, but they gave me the initial diagnosis just from pictures. To my surprise, the cost of my treatment actually reduced, which also made me feel I had made the correct decision in choosing Kotul.

My treatment, although uncomfortable, was never in any pain at any moment. I had 9 extractions and 5 implants, which took around 3 hours. This caused some swelling to my face, but I never bruised, as I was promised I wouldn't.

I went home for nearly 4 months after my first visit, and Monty was in constant contact with me, making sure everything was ok with me and the occasional football chats (shame he is a Man Utd fan).

I returned to Turkey on 11th September and could not wait to get there, knowing how well I had been treated the first time around. Once again, the customer service was out of this world. This time, I had 4 more extractions, my implants exposed and the remainder of my teeth shaved. Once again, it was uncomfortable, but I was never in any pain. I picked the shape and colour of the teeth I would like, and my final teeth should of been ready 3 days later.
The dentist wasn't happy with my bridge, so they sent it back to be remade, which, in my opinion, was great as it showed that they genuinely wanted everything to be 100% just as much as I did. I returned home on the 17th September with everything that I had dreamed about for a long time, and I'm over the moon with my final results.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Kotul Healthcare to anyone thinking of going for dental treatment. I don't think these guys can be beaten on their customer service or attention to detail. Not only have I met some amazing people who are amazing at their job, but I have also genuinely made some amazing friends. Thank you, Monty, and the amazing Kotul team ❤️

Glad I chose Kotul Healthcare.
From start to finish, Kotul have been very professional, helpful and friendly (which is what you need if you have a dentist phobia).
I chose to have a general anaesthetic with my treatment as I had 9 extractions, 2 root canal treatments and 7 implants. After this I was provided with antibiotics and painkillers. My experience wasn’t too bad, thinking back. At the time I thought omg what have I done? But well worth it now. Most days after, I visited the clinic which was very clean and smelt lovely lol
I came home with removable dentures top and bottom, but due to the colour of my own teeth, decided not to wear the bottom ones, as it showed up how bad my teeth really were.
I returned after 6mths for my finals. I had a further 7 teeth shaved down ready for crowns, and several impressions done for my finals.

Success, all 7 implants had taken and my new teeth were fitted, hooray! Nice straight white teeth!
I plan to return next year for a check up but also have a little bit more shaved off one or two of the teeth as my bite isn’t quite right. My fault really, as I said they felt ok, but now I’m home eating more, they need a little tweak.

Thank you Monty for being patient and answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you Ramiz for looking after me before, during and after my hospital visit and most days at the clinic. Thank you to both dentists who fitted my implants and other work I had done, and the lady who fits your final teeth, they really all perfectionists!

5 stars isn’t enough! Incredible service! I was in between 3/4 different companies! But Kotul won me over in the end! It’s a smaller company than the others I was considering ( second cheapest quote), but being smaller made it SOOOO much more personal! You're not a number.. you're a name! Still talk regularly with the owner! Accommodation was fantastic! VIP transfers were always immaculate! Always welcomed with a smile! Deciding on Kotul was the best decision I’ve ever made! And I cannot recommend them enough! I got 24 zirconium crowns, had absolutely zero issues since (been a year), and the quality of the work is second to none! Even the temps got complimented by people at the hotel, thinking they were my finals! They take complete pride in their work, and they are 100% NOT about the money! They are about the people! They genuinely care and want the best for every single person who walks through that door! Do NOT hesitate to go with Kotul!

I was terrified of the dentist and terrified when I arrived at Kotul Healthcare, but what a great team. They put you at ease from the word go. I had a lot of work done, but thinking back, it was a doddle. Highly recommended
