I am pleased to say I have found my new dentists, with more modern technologyLaura, Canada, 24 12 23

My husband and I just returned from Vallarta and were very pleased with the services we received from Dentoamerica. From the email correspondences before our appointments, to the friendly and knowledgeable receptionists upon arrival, we felt comfortable making these appointments. Both For ‘root canals’ and then changed by two dentist's options on what my husband required. My ‘double canal - root canal’ by Dr Sarah was painless, followed by an easy filling and review with Dr Kevin. They both recognized the good work I had done in my mouth in Canada over the past ‘45 years’ and now of all dental plans, I am pleased to say I have found my new dentists, with more modern technology. Thank you - very affordable and very good work.

I am very pleased with everything that was doneKim, Canada, 19 12 21

I first went to this clinic 3 years ago, before COVID-19, and was very pleased with our experience!! I have just returned from my dental vacation again!! This time I had 2 extractions a root canal and a crown, then I started my implant procedure, I will need to return when it has finished healing!! Darn another holiday in Mexico!! The staff all speak fluent English the receptionist is the best, love, love, love her!! If you are worried about having dental work done down in Mexico?? DON’T WORRY this office has very professional dental staff and the most up to date medical equipment!! We spent a fraction of the cost we would have spent in Canada and I am very pleased with everything that was done!! A big thank you to both my dentist and the specialist, see you both in the new year for my implant tooth!!

So much MORE than expectedShibumi, US, 22 09 23

Absolutely Superb. So much MORE than expected. I was hit by a car whilst riding a bike in San Francisco 17 yrs ago; my left leg & foot were broken and within seven months 4 molars sheared out due to the shock impact of the fall ... other teeth were affected too. $30K and years later these dental works needed redress. SFBay area friends (many) had seen Dr. Alberto Hernandez in Puerta Vallarta in past decade and highly recommended his services and the co$t SAVINGS. omGoodness ... I am so glad I went. I have all new veneers and 2 implants and shall be back for crowns in 4-5 months to stay at the fab Rivera del Rio Hotel, 10-minute walk to Int'nl Dental Center by the sea. THANK YOU, Dr. Hernandez and staff

Gum Surgery $600 - $800
Gum surgeryGums are an important part of our body. They house the teeth which we employ to eat food, the energy currency of our body. Without healthy gums, we cannot expect to have healthy teeth. However, not all of us fully realize this and neglect their well being. This results in to different types of gum diseases which can be cured only through gum surgery.
Gum Contouring and Reshaping $600 - $800
Gum contouring and reshapingGum contouring, also known as gum reshaping, is a cosmetic form of dental treatment used to improve the general look of a person’s teeth. It is primarily used in cases where the individual has what is commonly known as ‘gummy smile’. This is a condition in which the gums cover too much of the teeth, usually the front teeth, and this can leave the length of the teeth looking too short, which can affect a person’s general desire to smile.Such a condition may be caused due to genetics, health circumstances or as a result of certain high blood pressure prescriptions. This can have an affect on an individual’s self-confidence and may see them do their best not to smile in public. Thankfully, gum contouring is a dental treatment which is painless and able to solve the problem of ‘gummy smile’ through quick and painless treatment
Soft Tissue Grafts $300 - $600
Soft tissue graft*There are three different types of soft-tissue grafts: °Free gingival grafts °Connective-tissue grafts °Pedicle grafts In a free gingival graft, a small strip of flesh is removed from the roof of the mouth (palate). The tissue, called the "graft," is then stitched to the gum tissue in the area being treated. A free graft is often used for people who naturally have little gum tissue around their teeth and need to have the gums enlarged. In a connective-tissue graft, a flap is cut in the roof of the mouth. The flap forms a "trap door" shape. Some tissue from under the flap is removed. The flap is then stitched back down. The tissue that was removed is known as subepithelial connective tissue. This graft tissue is slipped under the gum tissue that surrounds an exposed root. Then it is stitched into place. This is the most commonly used procedure for treating root exposure. A pedicle graft uses a flap of tissue from the gum of a tooth next to the one with recession. The flap is partially cut away, with one edge still attached. This flap is called a pedicle. It is slid sideways to cover the exposed root and stitched into place. A pedicle graft may be more successful than a free gingival graft. Thats because at least some of the blood vessels that feed the grafted section remain in place. However, a pedicle graft can be done only in certain cases. There must be a tooth next to the one being treated that has enough gum tissue to "share." With all of these procedures, many periodontists will use a periodontal dressing. This is a soft material with a texture like modeling clay. It will be used to cover and protect the grafted tissue for the first week or two of healing.
