Always informed exactly what needs to be doneCatherine, Ireland, 12 02 16

Having visited the Fresh Breath Clinic for many years, it's time to pass on the secret of good dental care! Go to Dr. Danielle Colbert and her team. There is always a friendly smile, a relaxed atmosphere and an efficiency that's hard to match. What really sheds all notions of anxiety is how you are always informed exactly what needs to be done, in such a way that you just sit back and relax. Thanks to Danielle my aging teeth and gums have not shown any signs of the expected deterioration. A big 'Thank You' to you all. The Clinic is a Breath of fresh air! Coming in you are met with a smile, the place is bright and there is an immediate air of efficiency while at the same time relaxation. It's easy to find the clinic and parking is free.

Gentle and absolutely great service receivedGraham, Ireland, 28 03 17

I'm very happy with these guys, throughout my treatment they were fast, efficient and professional. I went for an an examination to see if an extraction was necessary which turned out that I indeed needed to go for one. A week after my examination I was booked for an appointment to extract my tooth and during this time the Dentist was gentle and absolutely great. The clinic was nice and tidy, the staff was friendly which made my experience great. I am very happy with the results.

I was very pleased with how efficient the dentist wasSue, South Africa, 15 09 17

My Braces appointment at the Docklands Dental did not go as expected as I was referred to someone else but I was very pleased with how efficient the dentist was. The clinic gave me a good referral for my appointment rather attempting to do something untested so I appreciate that.

I was handled very well during my Dentist Consultation considering I'm a nervous patientSean, Gorey, Wexford, 09 09 16

My treatment has only just started, however I have nothing but good things to say, great staff, nice facilities and seemingly very genuine in the advice they give. Excellent, met with me at incredibly short notice and are working to complete my treatment within a demanding timeline. Tom Monroe was very accommodating and handled a very nervous patient such as me with care.

I would highly recommend this practiceAnna, Ireland, 07 11 16

I was a very nervous patient until I went to dr nick . I had very bad experiences with previous dentists who would just lecture me and showed no interest in improving my teeth. I felt like a lost cause but Castlemills dentist sorted this out for me . I have had filling , root canal , bridge work and implants ,but best of all I had braces . I thought that I was too old but with Tonya reassurance that I wasn't I went ahead .nick was great he would have a chat before each treatment and this really helped to put me at ease . Anna and nick where great and went at my pace . I would highly recommend this practice.

Permanent Crown
There is no such thing as a permanent crown, because any material placed in the mouth has to cope with high loads which are constantly altering, extremes of temperature, variations in acidity / alkalinity + bacterial attack. No artificial  material yet invented can tolerate this environment for a patients lifetime.
Dental Crowns
Crowns are used to either alter the Colour Contour Position or Shape of teeth for either cosmetic or functional reasons. Crowns on back teeth are often required for structural reasons to prevent teeth cracking / splitting under load.
Gold Crown
Gold crowns are used to protect back teeth. They are favoured because they are conservative of tooth structure(they can be cast in a thin section and still be strong) so minimal tooth structure is removed to create space for them.Gold alloys are available which are the same hardness as natural tooth structure, this prevents differential wear of the opposing natural teeth.
