Visited the clinic after WhatsApp chats and calls. From the start, David and Sabrina were so informative on what I need to do and how many visits I will require. To make the experience the best, they arranged everything, and the process was smooth and stress-free when it came to logistics.

Ernest and Victoria, you really worked well with me. All procedures were explained, and the duo tried to engage me throughout the process; consistent checks were appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Dr Saner and the other lady ( forget name, my apologies), you were outstanding in my last appointment. Not forgetting a lady Dr (I think it is rooms 1 and colleague who performed my treatment process, thank you. Overall, Dental Care One staff, thank you l felt at home away from home. All was well organised. I definitely recommend the clinic. The only disappointment was the hotel; the room was clean and closer to the clinic; however, we struggled to sleep day and night, as the room was adjacent to a busy electric car gate that was opening every few minutes, it was too noisy, and I felt really disappointed as it was difficult to sleep due to the noise. There are other rooms at the hotel, and not sure why we were checked into this specific room. Metro Hotel was a disappointment this time.
