Well, it’s been a while, but Mr Horlock was the most amazing, kind surgeon, going above and beyond. All the nurses love him as he truly is a lovely man and the best surgeon. I had an amazing breast op as I had cancer and a problem before, my oncologist, Mr Royle, recommended him and he was amazing

I opted to have Abdominoplasty at the age of 51 after losing a significant amount of weight. I'd actually lost the weight by my mid 20's and was always aware of the excess skin on my tummy. For a number of reasons I opted to wait to have surgery, namely I wanted to have children and finances didn't allow when I was younger. I'd become increasingly aware that no amount of good diet and exercise would make a difference and weight loss only made the appearance of my tummy worse. I'm now 12 months post-surgery and am thrilled with the results. Aside from the huge improvement in appearance and a belly button to be proud of my core feels stronger and clothes fit better. This is obviously a big operation and it takes time to recover so some patience is required. The first weeks and months are hard but I was running again after 12 weeks and now 12 months after surgery the scar is hardly noticeable. Lisa did such an amazing job, I don't think I could have hoped for a better result. Lisa is also very caring and thoughtful, throughout the whole process from initial consultation to 12 month review. She takes a holistic approach and even makes recommendations for example about diet post operation to ensure the best recovery. I found all the staff at the Spire to be caring and efficient, I was really well looked after and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Lisa and the hospital.

5 star Service. I was really scared about having breast implants for many years, a fear that only grew over time. But after speaking to 1 Cosmetic Group, they made me feel at ease. Everyone from the staff and surgical team made me feel welcome and assured I was in the best hands. Very happy with the results- 6 weeks post op. The team really looked after me in the last few weeks. If you are thinking of plastic surgery I highly recommend you speak to them.

So far the service has been outstanding. Please note that i have not underwent the surgery yet, due to COVID19 restrictions. However, as soon as i registered interest i was called by Cat, and given all the information necessary. Dr Sutton then took the time to have a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of different WLS options, answering any and all of my queries. The rest of the team have all made contact, and what i have most liked so far is the transparency and simplified documents supplied, to help me understand each element of the procedure, pre and post-op. It is a very nice feeling to know that there is a group of people who are available and welcome any questions you may have, especially when it is such a major life change. I actually had my heart set on a different clinic, but decided to shop around, and Tonic's professionalism (plus value) swayed me.
