Well, it’s been a while, but Mr Horlock was the most amazing, kind surgeon, going above and beyond. All the nurses love him as he truly is a lovely man and the best surgeon. I had an amazing breast op as I had cancer and a problem before, my oncologist, Mr Royle, recommended him and he was amazing

5 star Service. I was really scared about having breast implants for many years, a fear that only grew over time. But after speaking to 1 Cosmetic Group, they made me feel at ease. Everyone from the staff and surgical team made me feel welcome and assured I was in the best hands. Very happy with the results- 6 weeks post op. The team really looked after me in the last few weeks. If you are thinking of plastic surgery I highly recommend you speak to them.

In November 2022, I underwent a vertical breast reduction with Lisa, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I’ve wanted this surgery since I was 15 years old, and at 31, after years of wanting this operation and a couple of consultations with other clinics, I finally found the right place with Lisa. Although I had explored other options, I never felt completely comfortable or confident enough to move forward. However, from the moment I met Lisa, I felt reassured, safe, and completely at ease. There was no pressure, and I was given all the information I needed without having to ask. Before the surgery, I was a JJ cup, and Lisa reduced me to a DD, although, in all honesty, I don’t wear bras anymore (a statement I never thought I’d make!). I’m not entirely sure what my size is now. This surgery has dramatically changed my life. Simple tasks that many people take for granted—like going for a jog, playing with my children, holding or carrying them, or even painting my toes—were always difficult for me because of the size and weight of my chest. My shoulders would tear and bleed from the strain, especially after high-impact activities. I suffered from constant back spasms and deep shoulder indents. Now, I feel fitter, healthier, and pain-free, and it’s all thanks to this surgery. The post-op support I received exceeded my expectations. Lisa checked in with me daily to see how I was doing and provided unwavering support throughout my recovery. The cost and recovery time was absolutely worth it, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Lisa has been nothing short of amazing, and I’ve recommended her to everyone I know.

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Decided to ring about having surgery with Tonic in May 2021, as have googled the company lots and their reviews are very good. I rang Tonic and spoke to Paula Warwick there, I honestly couldn't ask for anything else from her, she was informative helpful, never pushy to sign, and was always there to ring if I had a question, and I definitely rang a lot with questions. She recommended Dr Sherif Awad for the surgery, in which was told he's appeared on TV and is on youtube explaining everything about the procedures, there was very interesting and educational and told prices on everything that gets done at This surgeon Dr Awad comes with 100% recommendations from myself I had the surgery due to him ringing me personally to chat asking questions, and explained everything down to the last detail. He stays involved all through the process, even coming to seeing you on the day of surgery to seeing if you have any questions. I have had no complications, not a lot of pain nothing I'm healing well-loosing weight and very happy with Dr Awad. He comes highly recommended by me. So go on if you are thinking about it you will not regret it. I wish I'd done it 10 years ago.

Great clinic. I didn’t end up following through with the procedure as I didn't need it, but they were so communicative and friendly throughout the whole process, and immediately refunded me for my initial booking. Would definitely go through them again.
