Well, it’s been a while, but Mr Horlock was the most amazing, kind surgeon, going above and beyond. All the nurses love him as he truly is a lovely man and the best surgeon. I had an amazing breast op as I had cancer and a problem before, my oncologist, Mr Royle, recommended him and he was amazing

I am 4 months post-surgery. I had a breast reduction and lift. My main reason for this was due to ongoing back and neck pain with the added bonus of having more symmetrical and perky breast that on occasion did not require a bra in a nice outfit! Due to being ~2 hours from Bristol I had my first consultation on Zoom. Miss Lisa Sacks was very friendly and approachable and asked lots of questions about my interest/ hobbies, my family and my medical history, giving advice on some areas too. Miss Sacks somehow retains all of this information and has a genuine interest in you as a person, making this experience even more personalised while maintaining professional boundaries. Miss Sacks attention to detail is incredible, down to the very tiny details. You can really tell this is truly her vocation in life, her whole approach is very holistic and endearing. I cannot fault my experience in the slightest. The ongoing care is incomparable, for the two weeks post operation you are able to contact Miss Sacks directly 24/7 with any issues or complications, from two weeks onwards you are still able to make contact but via Liana who is very quick at getting back to you and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will asked Miss Sacks on your behalf. There are multiple follow up appointments, the first needs to be face to face but the following can be via Zoom. Liana and Miss Sacks have been very accommodating with appointments and dates. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout and was put at ease by the ability to ask lots of questions and speak to previous patients which helps to relieve anxiety and made me feel more at ease. My post operative results, although it had only been 4 months are life changing! The relief on my neck/ shoulders and back are liberating but externally visible to others as it has helped correct my posture. I’m not experiencing the same tension and headaches which is relieving stress and making me feel less ‘groggy’. I have experienced a occasions ‘out out’, braless in a nice outfits which made me feel incredible and free! Not having to worry if the bra straps are hidden or if I should even purchase the garment in the first place, as previously I had to wear a bra permanently, this translates to lingerie too, I can wear items without having to worry about support or spilling out looking and feeling like strung meat. I chose Miss Sacks, as my friend and two of her family members had the same procedure with her, the first over 20 years ago. I also could not find one bad review and after my first zoom meeting I knew I could trust Miss Sacks to deliver my vision. The hospital is clean, modern and welcoming and the staff are friendly and attentive. I cannot fully express how pleasant my journey has been and continues to be, I am so thankful to Miss Sacks and her team for my experience.

I got in contact with Mr Vandoria about inverted nipples. This made my confidence very low when taking a top off. He booked me in very quickly as I just wanted to get the procedure over and done with. I was worried about it but I am not sure why I ever worried. The procedure was very quick and Mr Vandoria and the nurses were amazing and made me feel very comfortable. He is an amazing man and does a very good job. If you ever get this procedure please do not worry as it’s very quick and painless. The first couple of days you will worry whether the nipples will go back to normal. (This is very normal). It takes about 3 months to see final results which Mr Vandoria told me to be patient. (I was a bit inpatient and worried but you really needn’t be worried as the results are worth it) I really can’t thank Mr Vandoria and the whole team any more for changing my life. I am not sure the nurses names but they were so good to me and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Can’t recommend this place enough. I know can live my life knowing I’ve never got to worry about this problem again. Thanks so much again, Robert
