Demetrius Evriviades is an NHS Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at the New Queen Elizabeth and BMI, The Priory Hospitals, both in Edgbaston, Birmingham.  He provides a comprehensive, plastic surgical practice in Birmingham and the Midlands. Demetrius practises all aspects of plastic and cosmetic surgery, but particularly cosmetic surgery of the face and breast. He holds the FRCS(Plast) Examination and is on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery. He is a Full Member of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS) at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, the governing and representative body for Plastic Surgery in the UK. Demetrius' training in plastic surgery took place in the Oxford and Trent regional units with overseas training in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Stockholm, Sweden. He has worked overseas in various locations, including most recently Afghanistan, at Camp Bastion Hospital, the busiest trauma hospital in the world.Demetrius is involved in the training of plastic surgeons in the Midlands, as a member of the Regional Training Committee, and lectures on the West Midlands Advanced Plastic Surgery (WAPS) Course a training course for aspiring plastic surgery consultants.
