From the moment I entered Istanbul Airport, I was welcomed by a private driver and Melek from Setur Health. They took care of me immediately, and I am so grateful for that, as Istanbul is crowded, and you really need help. The hotel organized by Setur was also perfect—so comfortable and right in the middle of Taksim! I also really enjoyed the food and the entire organization on the day of my surgery. Everything went perfectly! I was so surprised by the food at the hospital; I’ve never had better in a clinic! I am incredibly grateful for my entire experience with Setur Health for my hair transplant. I received everything they promised—and more! Such welcoming people, so professional—just PERFECT! I’m writing this 8 days later, and I can already see the success of my hair transplant. Everything went smoothly without any issues!

My experience with surgero I am now 5 weeks post-op and couldn’t be happier…. Coming from the UK all the way to a foreign country for surgery can be quite intimidating to do but from the minute of the first video call I knew I was in safe hands,this isn’t a team who is here to make a quick buck and leave you be,this is a family who once your in treat you like family. From the minute I had decided to go ahead with surgery the team where in constant communication,picking me up from the airport and hotel,taking me to and from,even the amazing zuhal taking me for a day out so I didn’t miss experiencing Istanbul,erdam even drove me to an appointment In his own car,like these guys go above and beyond and just really strive to make you feel welcomed and comfy and make sure everything runs smooth My surgeon was amazing and totally got my vision on what I was after and just was so friendly for a surgeon The team are now 5 weeks on still on hand with all my progress and making sure I am healing well and supported It’s a relief knowing they are still there and I can always chat or talk My healing is going amazing,I feel so cute and dainty and have only good things to say and if in future I decide for more work surgero will be a first port of call 💕

I always a sceptic and hard to impress. But when I am impressed I’m happy to share it. Emailed the clinic, very prompt response. The dental surgery was clean, fresh and better than any I’ve been to in the UK. The customer service was outstanding. I always think someone is out to scam me, but definitely not the case here. Quality of the work was excellent and value for money was also. I live in the UK but if I had a big dental job in the future I would come all the way to Turkey. Treatment was done three weeks ago and so far no problem. Highly recommended and A star treatment, plus good value and the dentist I had was excellent.
