I am incredibly grateful for my experience with Dr. Kaplan and his entire team. From the very first contact, everything felt right. The communication before my rhinoplasty, from the initial messages to booking my appointment, was always clear, kind, and reassuring. Dr. Kaplan’s assistant and office staff were wonderful and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

My stay in Istanbul was very well organised, and the hospital experience exceeded my expectations. The hospital was clean, modern, and extremely professional. I felt safe, comfortable, and truly well cared for at every step.

My case was not an easy one. I had a difficult nose, and for a long time I believed my expectations might not be fully achievable. Dr. Kaplan truly made the impossible possible. Dr. Kaplan took an incredible amount of time and worked with extreme care during the surgery. You can immediately tell how precise, calm, and detail-oriented he is. One of the main reasons I chose him was because I saw that he had worked alongside some of the best and most respected doctors, and that high level of expertise truly shows in his work.

I have never experienced an operation that was 100% pain-free until this one. There was absolutely no pain at all, neither during nor after the surgery. The post-operative care was also extremely gentle and attentive, which made me feel safe and well cared for at all times.

After the surgery, everything was taken care of: medications, different creams for scar care, saline sea water nasal spray, and much more. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was perfectly organised.

The entire team is absolutely wonderful. I especially want to mention Maher, the assistant, who was always available whenever I had questions, no matter the time or how many questions I asked. He was always kind, patient, and supportive. From day one, he took care of everything for me — even arranging and covering my airport transfer free of charge. I am incredibly grateful for that.

Since I came from Germany, there was also a translator named Büsra, who is truly a warm-hearted and wonderful person. She explained everything clearly and helped me feel completely comfortable throughout the process.

Amazing experience

I just want to thank you first to Mr Dr Yunus for such an amazing experience. From the first day I went at his office, I had a warning come from the staff til I went I had to talk to him. This is the reason I went on his hand, also because I felt so nice and safe I took my younger sister to make the procedure together. The hospital we stayed for the night of the surgery is amazing, the nurses are very kind, and the food is very good. We did not feel any pain or discomfort. It's really nice to have someone who is always available for your questions. We had a lot of questions after the surgery when we went home. His assistant is always there any hour to answer.

I had rhinoplasty at this clinic as I was unhappy with my nose. I chose this clinic after extensive research as I read good reviews and liked the before-and-after results that I saw on Instagram. I would recommend Dr Yunus Kaplan to anyone. I am beyond happy with my results. I can breathe so well through my nose and feel so confident. My surgery took place in BHT Tema hospital. It was clean, modern and comfortable. The nurses were excellent. You could tell Dr Kaplan really cares about his patients. Before surgery, I was very worried and he reassured and calmed me. Finally, his assistant was beyond excellent. He spoke great English and replied promptly to all my concerns over WhatsApp. He was also very kind and helpful in every manner. Everything was well organised and very easy. I am very happy with my decision.

The recovery was surprisingly easy thanks to Dr. Kaplan's use of modern techniques, which kept bruising and swelling to a minimum.
