I had my nose done by Dr. Serhan. I spent months looking for a good doctor and when I saw his Instagram profile and all the positive reviews, I knew I would have it done there. I am extremely satisfied with both the result and the process and can agree with all the positive reviews.

I felt very comfortable in the clinic, the team is indescribably friendly and accommodating. I can recommend everyone to go there.

A few weeks ago I had a nose job with my cousin from Dr. Let Serhan Derin do it. And that for both health and aesthetic reasons.

After much research, we decided on the Arpanu clinic with Dr. Serhan Derin. The price-performance ratio was right and he and his team were all super friendly and helpful.

Dr. Serhan Derin exuded such calm and competence that I was able to go into the operation with a clear conscience. I also found the explanation and discussion informative and honest. He listened to all my wishes and implemented them brilliantly. My nose turned out even better than I expected!! So big thanks to Dr. Serhan Derin for my new nose. Everything went well at the check-up appointments and he takes the time to answer questions and concerns.

I'm super satisfied and glad I did it there.

I want to thank Dr Derin and his team for literally everything. Thanks to them I finally have my dream nose. I came here after the surgeon in Germany messed my nose up so I even got breathing problems.

I had a rhinoplasty this week with Dr. Serhan Derin and his Team. Everyone was so nice and gentle to me, it was a wonderful experience! The clinic is very modern and comfortable. The Nurses were sensitive, all people I had contact with were amazing. Dr. Serhan made a great job and always had an open ear for me. I just can recommend.

My experience with Dr Derin has been amazing. Coming from a cosmetic surgery background myself I had very high expectations of how patients should be treated. Everything was above expectation and my outcome was fantastic. I had no pain after the surgery and very little swelling. Would highly recommend.

I had rhinoplasty for the second time. My first surgery was performed by another doctor and unfortunately, I didn’t get the result I wanted. The problem was that the tip of my nose was thick and my first doctor said I can’t make it thinner than this. But that wasn’t true because doctor Serhan said that he can do it and he really did it! I’m very happy with the result and I thank doctor Serhan Derin and his team very much!

I had my nose job about 2 1/2 weeks ago with Dr. Serhan Derin and I'm already pretty happy with the result. My healing process was also very quick as I had no swelling, pain or bruising around my eyes at all.

Dr Serhan is a very personable, honest and serious doctor who listens to his patient's wishes. I felt very comfortable being treated by him. From start to finish (organization via WhatsApp, arrival + transfer, 5-star hotel with nurses) everything went smoothly. The clinic itself is very modern, hygienic and beautiful. (A thousand times better than in Germany). The nurses were super nice and took good care of me! Post-operatively I have a contact person, Bahar. She is very friendly, and attentive and answers all questions about the operation afterwards. Overall, a nose operation with Dr. Highly recommend Serhan :)

All the staff was amazing, really amazing treatment and care from beginning to end. My translator Romena was really great. She was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and kind throughout. The post-op consultant Bahar was very responsive, knowledgeable and kind. The nurses all very caring and attentive. Doctor Serhan has such a calming, confident and kind demeanor. Makes you feel at ease and understands exactly what you want. Highly recommend.

Dr Serhan ist ein freundlicher und sehr wahrnehmender Mensch. Durch Fotos und ein Gespräch habe ich die Richtung für die gewünschte Nase gezeigt. Er hat ein Meisterstück daraus gemacht.
Meine beiden Dolmetscherinnen waren freundlich und haben eine gute Atmosphäre geschaffen. Die Krankenschwestern waren in Ordnung aber die Op Vorbereitung/ Kittel anziehen etc wurde vergessen und dann musste es plötzlich ganz schnell gehen. Manchmal etwas unsensibel.

I checked my nose at Dr. Let Serhan Derin do it and I flew in from Switzerland. The communication with Betül (contact person before the procedure) was flawless and I was able to ask my questions at any time.

Everything was well planned and we had no problems. At the clinic, Bella was my translator and she was always there to translate or be on site for me to answer any questions. I got to know the doctor and the anesthetist before the procedure and was able to ask my questions.

Everything went great. My companion also got a bed in my hospital room, so I was never alone. After the operation, the doctor came into the room again to ask how I was doing, but I was very tired from the anesthesia. Bahar is another contact person who introduced herself to me and I had a lot of contact with her via WhatsApp because she was there. When I got back to the hotel, the nurses visited me every day and they took good care of me. I wasn't in pain, so I was able to leave the hotel and we could see more of Istanbul. I can recommend Dr Serhan Derin and his team and am very happy I did it in Turkey.
