After months of researching rhinoplasty surgeons, I chose Dr. Ali Sadioğlu, and traveling from the United States to Turkey for my surgery was one of the best decisions I could have made.

From the very beginning, I felt supported every step of the way.

Defne, my patient coordinator before I arrived in Turkey, was absolutely amazing. She answered every question I had, no matter how small, and was always patient, kind, and responsive. She coordinated every detail of my trip, making the entire process stress-free before I even boarded my flight.

Once I arrived in Turkey, Asena became my coordinator throughout my stay. She made communication effortless, explained every step of the process clearly, and always made sure I knew what to expect. Having someone there to guide me through appointments, surgery, and recovery gave me so much peace of mind.

I also worked with Buse, the nurse who cared for me after my surgery. She visited me every day to check on my healing, carefully cleaned my nose, and took the time to teach me how to care for it properly. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail made my recovery much more comfortable.

Dr. Ali Sadioğlu himself was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. He listened to my goals, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel confident in my decision. Even during my follow-up appointment, he took the time to answer my questions and personally demonstrated my postoperative massage routine, so I knew exactly how to care for my nose at home.

Although I’m still early in my recovery and know my final results will continue to improve over the coming months, my healing has gone smoothly, and I’m already very encouraged by my progress. More importantly, I have felt genuinely cared for by everyone on the team.

Dr. Mehmet Fatih Algan offers comprehensive facial rejuvenation. I had originally planned for a Neck lift, deep plane face life and temporal lift. He looked carefully at my facial balance and skin and also recommended fat transfer and lip flip + injection. So bring extra cash (20% more) in case you want to have more work done (optional). Overall, the cost was less than 25% of what I would have spent in the United States, so I was very happy to get a bunch of things taken care of, all in one trip.

Dr. Algan's team of nurses, assistants and drivers ensure that your needs are met from the time you are picked up from the airport to the time that you are dropped off. I really didn't worry about where I needed to be - that was all handled!

I recommend bringing a support person (friend or family member) or have the clinic provide you with one (a nurse) for the immediate post-op recovery period.

Overall, I would do this again. Maybe next year I will get lipo360.

I had a rhinoplasty done with Dr Safa Manav. I had such an amazing experience with him and his team! There was 24-hour care at the hotel, and I was able to reach out to his assistant and nurse at any time! I chose Dr Manav because I had heard the best things about him, and I was very impressed by his credentials. When I met him for the first time prior to surgery, he explained everything in detail to me and made me feel very comfortable. I am 2 weeks post op and I love the results of my nose job!

Everything was top notch from start to finish! I can't say enough good about my experience with everyone on the team.
The people are wonderful, the hospital is first class and the hotel is great.
I had multiple surgeries over two separate trips (1st trip was arm lift and 360 / FDL Tummy Tuck; 2nd trip was thigh lift and breast reduction with lift) and couldn't be happier with my results. I couldn't have gotten more than one procedure in Canada for the total that I paid for all that I had done in Turkey.
After care in Turkey is great and the follow-up when I am back in Canada is wonderful as well.

Great clinic. Done breast augmentation with fat transfer. Staff are great and helpful. Was difficult with language differences when the person who was translating wasn't there. But we still managed to understand little bit each other.

I would like to share my personal experience, postoperative care, and results following my deep plane facelift and brow lift performed by Dr. Ali Sadioglu.
Two weeks after surgery, I am already smiling comfortably, and my facial healing is progressing smoothly. I spent the first two nights in the hospital with continuous day-and-night nursing care, which provided excellent support during recovery from anesthesia.
Afterward, I stayed for eight days in a hotel with an on-site treatment room and 24/7 nursing care. I also had a personal assistant who supported me daily, answered all my questions, and was available at any time.
Dr. Ali Sadioglu is truly a surgeon of the highest level. The surgery was performed flawlessly, and the incision technique exceeded my expectations — all incisions are discreetly hidden either in the hair or along the natural hairline. Prolonged drainage significantly reduced bruising; I had minimal bruising that completely resolved by day nine.
To reduce swelling and facial tightness, Dr. Sadioglu prescribed injections, which noticeably accelerated recovery. I was provided with all necessary medications, antibiotics, gels, vitamins, and clear postoperative instructions in written, verbal, and video formats.
I never felt alone during the entire process. Everything was perfectly planned and organised. After searching for over a year, I can confidently say Dr. Ali Sadioglu is one of the best surgeons I could have chosen. His team works with exceptional professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking high-quality facial surgery and comprehensive care.

Dr Ali Sadioglu it's very professional, explains everything and always answers questions. He's a great surgeon. His team, including Defne, Asena and the two nurses,s were great, as is aftercare hotel is very good, as was food was highly recommended.

From my first communication via WhatsApp with Defne to my welcome in Turkey from Asena to my meeting with Dr Sadioglu the day before surgery and Buse who gave my post-surgery massages...everyone was absolutely amazing!
I had complete confidence because everyone was professional and organised.
After meeting with Dr. Sadioglu in person, we made a slight change to the planned surgery to better suit my situation at the time of surgery; this showed me he was taking my exact situation into consideration to provide the best outcome.
The hotel, shuttles, hospital staff and after care were all fabulous and I never worried for a moment.
I travelled from Alberta, Canada so it was a long trip home but so worth it for the results I got. The cost was roughly 1/3 of what I would pay in Canada for the same procedures (cost included surgeries, 2 nights in the hospital with a private nurse and 9 nights in the hotel with available nurses on-site).
I have booked to go back for Breast Lift and Thigh Lift in 2026.

I had a full facelift and upper eye surgery at the beginning of July and cannot say enough good things about my experience. While I am still healing and waiting for the full final results, I am happy with the outcome so far. From start to finish, the surgeon and his team took great care of me. Answered all of my questions. Responsive. Caring. Very flexible. And knowledgeable. The team members were all wonderful. The hotel the hospital contracts with was great. Transportation perfect. And the hospital staff and nurses were on top of things. I was apprehensive about the procedure but I have no regrets whatsoever and would highly recommend this practice for your surgery. Outstanding practice.

I had a wonderful experience with the team. Surgery was successful, they followed up regularly even after I left and was recovering. I healed quickly.

What an absolute honour and privilege to have been taken care of by Dr Ali and his team. I can honestly say hand on heart, I could not have any form of complaint, through my whole journey from start to finish. It can obviously be a daunting experience coming to a foreign country for surgery but I felt at ease the whole time. We were picked up from the airport and taken to the Antwell Hotel, which is a five-star hotel. We had contact continuously and nothing was too much trouble. On arriving at the immaculate hospital on the day of surgery, we were taken for blood tests, an ECG and a chest X-Ray, checking all was well for surgery. Dr Ali, who speaks perfect English, came and explained everything, what to expect after surgery and that I would have my own private nurse, also speaking perfect English with me throughout the night. The anaesthetist also came to see me before the procedure, again checking everything was good before surgery. Again, nothing was too much trouble. I felt totally safe and at ease. On discharge,e again could not fault a thing. Dr Ali came and explained what to expect and went through various medications and creams to be used, what he had prescribed, again all within the price. I was then picked up and taken back to the Antwell, which is a medical hotel so you feel totally at home and not out of place. At the hotel, there is a nurse you can contact who comes to see you to check stitches etc, and is in constant contact with Dr Ali, sending photos and getting his advice. You never feel alone as soon as you message one of the team; they get back to you within ten minutes, often less. The follow up appointment was just as professional, picked up from the hotel and taken back to the hospital. Dr Ali again was amazing, removed stitches and gave advice.
Dr Ali's work is amazing. What an absolutely talented gentleman, who I'm sure has changed many people's lives for the better. Dr Ali is not only a genius and perfectionist at what he does, but also the most genuinely caring and nice gentleman. Xx
