I recently underwent a deep plane neck and facelift, temple lift (upper left), and fat transfer with Dr. Ali, and I can honestly say this experience exceeded every expectation I had — and then some.

Last month, I got a deep plane lower and temporal face and necklift + fat grafting under my eyes and CO2 laser.

I am 38 years old and I try to take care of my skin. Unfortunately, due to stressful situations in the last years and weight loss, I started to look much older, and people always commented on me if I didn't sleep well.

I did fillers and Hifu, but it is a lot of money for a minor difference... So I wanted a really effective one-time treatment, and that's why I chose to go for a facelift already at my age.

I actually used ChatGPT to ask where I needed to go, and Dr. Ali Cetinkaya was one of the names ChatGPT mentioned. ChatGPT mentioned Dr. Ali because of his great reviews. First, I was doubting because there is a negative connotation about going abroad for treatments, but I am glad I chose to go!

I am from Belgium, and if I had the same facelift as I had with Dr. Ali, I would have gone home the same day, but now I had to stay in the hospital for two day's and they checked me constantly. Afterwards, I stayed in the hotel where the other patients of the doctor also stayed. You don't feel alone there. So if you are travelling alone, you don't need to be scared because you will feel at home here.

The hotel is used to patients staying here, and they are so friendly! Next to the reception, there is a medical office where a nurse is available 24/7 and a doctor. Ali and his team visit the hotel every day.

After my surgery, the doctor or nurse checked me every day, and this is a big plus. This service I wouldn't have had in my own country. I would have gone home and only gone back to the doctor if the stitches needed to be removed. So, actually, if you have a good doctor and a good team, you are better off here than at home alone.

I was very, very nervous before the operation. As I am a perfectionist and know how I want things done, it is difficult not to be nervous to give my face into the hands of someone you don't know, so I was so nervous and was scared that I made the wrong decision. Dr. Ali even came to the hotel the night before to talk to me and reassure me. He even said he is not going to operate if I am doubting or we can plan later, so there was no pressure... I really appreciated that he still came to talk to me at 10 p.m. in the evening before the operation. It say's lot about how they take care of the patients.

So for the operation ...
When I woke up, I had a little bit of pain, but you can relate it to a bad hangover. I think I felt this like two days afterwards, you don't really feel pain anymore. Your face is swollen for three weeks, but afterwards you can perfectly go out. I cover my scars with my long hair so nobody notices.

And then the most important... The results! I wanted to stay the same, just refreshed. I wanted my eyes to stay natural, so no fox eyes and a tight jawline... And I got 100 per cent of what I asked! So thank you, Dr. Ali!!! You did amazing work! The results are really natural. It looks just like a big glow up!

I also had fat grafting under my eyes, and I make a joke about it to my friends. I say the best thing about my facelift is my flat stomach 😂. The doctor used some fat from my stomach, and now my stomach seems tighter, so I don't complain about that 😂.

So I can say I am happy with the decision to go abroad and that I chose Dr. Ali. Dr. Ali and his team are so friendly and professional. You are really in good hands with him and his team. Dr Ali Cetinkaya and his team are amazing. From start to finish, you are cared for. Ejem is lovely and answered all of my questions, and there was a lot, prior to the initial consultation within minutes, sometimes immediately. We then had an online consultation with Dr Ali and this confirmed we had the right surgeon and team to perform a deep plane face and neck lift, temporal lift, eyebrow gliding and fat transfer in my face. Everything is included, transfers, hotel, breakfast, hospital treatments and after care and medication.

We were met at the airport with the lovely Gizem who took us to the hotel. We also met with Nurse Ali who was the nurse and translator, however, all the team spoke really good English. Nurse Ali accompanied us to appointments at the hospital for a pre operative assessment, blood test, ECG and chest X-Ray. You meet with an anesthesiologist who goes into your medical history meticulously. I met Dr Ali the day before surgery to go over everything and then on the day of the surgery to be marked up (i think he used permanent marker as my blonde hair now has purple streaks lol).

Dr Ali just puts you at ease, even if he has worries, he keeps you calm and reassured and he also has a great sense of humour. My operation was around 9 hours due to my health and meds, he just took extra care. He came to check in me the day after surgery and confirmed it had gone really well. He recommended Hyperbaric oxygen therapy and if you want to speed up healing, give it a go, yes it's a little uncomfortable but it really helps. I also had O2 oxygen laser therapy and lip filler. Bearkai is the photographer and he records your journey and process. I gave consent so others can see what you will go through.

If you thinking of going to have surgery you will not regret going to Dr Ali. Some in our hotel went elsewhere and were complaining. Do your research but always make sure you don't cut any corners.

My friends told me i didn't need it. I am 59 years and probaby didn't look it but i felt my face was tired, with drooping lids, jowls and deep lines round my mouth and wrinkly neck, i didn't think my face matched how old i felt. I'm happy so far, but looking 25 years younger is weird. I'm looking forward to settling back into my new face once the swelling reduces 🙏.

Making a decision to go to Turkey for plastic surgery is a huge decision, but one that I am SO happy I made. I researched doctors for months; I am a very type A personality (extremely analytical) and basically had an excel spreadsheet listing out countless amounts of criteria. I have worked in the OR/surgery in the US for a decade plus, and I know what to look for.

My hope is that this review can make your search a lot easier and more efficient. Don’t think twice about Turkey, or going to Dr Centinkaya and his extraordinary team.

I am only 11 days out from a deep plane face and neck lift, an upper bleph, a temple lift, lip lift, CO2 laser, and a breast aug revision and I am sitting in the comfort of my own home, without one bruise, barely any swelling, (never had a drain etc), and I am ecstatic with my results. I am a 47 yo female and I went solo.

Dr. Ali is an artist. His “refinements” for me have me feeling like a little supermodel. I look just like I did, but prettier and younger. He is known for his natural aesthetic and that was really important to me. I wanted the “Lindsay Lohan refresh”, not my Grandmothers facelift. They were all so lovely.

So that’s that. As I mentioned, I am 11 days out and could easily put on tinted sunscreen and walk about town. I guarantee in a week I’ll be 100% presentable.

After researching surgeons for over a year, I came across Dr Ali back in April 2024 and began discussing surgical options. I was impressed to see so many happy clients from Turkey and abroad with beautiful and natural-looking results. After talking for some months we determined I should undergo a deep plane facelift and necklift, lip lift, temporal brow lift, and upper blepharoplasty. I finally scheduled for January 2025. Upon arrival at the hotel, we had a consult and determined that all the surgeries planned we would move forward with, and was recommended to consider fat grafting along with the originally planned surgery, followed by CO2 laser and Morpheus8. I am so happy that I decided to take his advice and do the additional procedures.

Dr. Ali and his nurses Selin and Damla were all very open and honest about what to expect and what my healing may look like, and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to move forward. This was my very first surgery of any kind and my first time being put under general anesthesia. I was a bit nervous and apprehensive prior to arrival but after meeting with everyone, the apprehensiveness disappeared.

The team set up all details surrounding the surgery, including pick up from the bus terminal as I travelled around Turkey prior to surgery and drop off at the airport to depart Turkey following, hotel stay at the Antwell Suites, all transfers to/from the clinic and hospital. It was all seamless.
