I was operated by Dr Olmezturk who performed mini tummy tuck with 360 lipo. Everything from day one was organised by an amazing agent Mona, who answered all my questions, organised the hotel and transfers. She was more like a friend during my stay and I wouldn't have done it without her support. She also organised my crowns and husband's hair transplant. Everything done in Dr Olmezturk clinic. I'm so happy with the results now and it's been 2 months today since the procedure.

The messaging between myself and the clinic was very straightforward and clear, they had sorted everything for me including the hotel and transfer, also sending me a video of where to meet at the airport. Once arriving at the hospital I was welcomed and the procedure and events throughout the day were thoroughly explained with a translator every step of the way. The procedure went well and although there was bleeding post surgery, this was normal with the surgeon returning late at night to address the issue straightaway. It was definitely value for money with the staff being friendly and constant communication throughout. If there was one issue I had it would be some late responses to questions raised post procedure when I was home. Besides that the procedure went well and the all the staff were friendly and informative throughout.

I would like to share my experience with the Clinic. Murat has been receiving us and treating us the best way. From the airport transport until the travel back to the airport, he was extremely accommodating and made sure we were feeling comfortable while the medical intervention went according to plan.
