The company amazing they was recommended to me by a close friend from start to finish you in contact with a co-ordinater. Batuhan was amazing his so reassuring giving me all the information I needed. And guidance throughout was perfect!. You get all you transferred included all on time no problems. The cost was amazing value! So worth it I will be back in the future for more treatments. The hotel and the hospital were immaculate.

Everything went perfect and smoothly from beginning to the end. Amazing contact with my surgery coordinator Aslì who was very helpful all the way through. She answered all my questions at any time of day or night and provided great support. I was able to take a companion with me what was included in the price and it's also included pick up and drop of to the airport. Hospital staff was very kind and professional and surgery went smoothly. I felt very well looked after on every step of the way. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. Undoubtedly it is, by far, the hardest and craziest decision I have taken in my life, but I needed it. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

I approached my plastic surgery with some anxiety, but I was soon reassured that I would be fine. The team of Dr. Amen Ökan and the translator Aliyah treated me so well and are a great asset to the hospital staff. I am so appreciative of all their professionalism and kindness. Amazing clinic! We were very skeptical about going abroad for our surgery but we are very glad we did. Me and my mom both had full tummy tucks with muscle repair and lipo. From the moment we landed at the airport in Turkey we were greeted by the most amazing women who stayed with us throughout our stay and were at our side if we ever needed them. The procedure was amazing, our surgeon made sure we were 100% happy with the planning of the procedure and made sure it was 100% the correct decision for us. He spent a lot of time going over any issues we had or questions, we walked to the surgery room holding my hand reassuring my nerves. After the procedure was over, we had amazing nurses who made our stay extra special! We had pain relief when we wanted (within the time scales) and always had strict diet food one call of the button they were there within seconds. Our surgeon came into us once we were awake, dressed, and comfortable to have a check on us and our prosecute, he fully explained how the operation went and if there were any issues (which there weren’t). We were given pain relief to take with us throughout our stay and even when he got back to the UK. Mom had a small allergic reaction to the surgery tape, which was dealt with very quickly! She saw a doctor who specializes in this area and prescribes my mom cream to apply for no extra cost. We stayed in the hospital for 3 nights and got transported to our hotel with an amazing sea view!! We enjoyed the rest of our recovery here it was such an amazing experience. We were checked on every day but all the amazing team at Maxx clinic. On the Friday 2 days before flying home, we were collected and taken back to our surgeon for a full examination and dressing changes. AMAZING PEOPLE!! We had very positive feedback from our surgeon, there were a few more doctors and professionals on hand In case there were any issues (which there weren’t). We still (after being back in the UK for one week) have 24 hour contact Incase of any questions and they check on us daily and send texts about our progress of our recovery. I couldn’t of picked a better clinic to organise my treatment, they really do think of every last detail in full. They really have your interests at heart. We will be coming back for further surgery as we have no doubt at all. My partner is coming in may for surgery also! had surgery in 2022 my surgeon Dr. Bahadir Celik was so lovely and had a mommy makeover the whole experience was brilliantly well looked after. I'm now here again to see him again I trust him completely the staff are lovely. My whole experience is 10 out of 10 even down to Mel who talks and sorts everything out for u on WhatsApp lovely people.
