From the minute I contacted Maltem to return home after the procedure, she has been extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I initially chose this clinic due to the attractive package price and the prompt reply I get from Maltem. At the end am so grateful that I chose this clinic . I was extremely nervous and Maltem always calmed my nerves 😊. Dr Engin was so professional and kind. I am beyond happy with my results . I had a gastric Balloon Done which costed 2000 Euro for 6 months. I am down 9kg after 6 weeks. I found the communication excellent and the follow up. I knew there was support if any questions and that was great reassurance. I organised this very fast and I was accommodated for the dates that suited me. All the staff were very friendly and the doctor was very attentive throughout. Getting picked up from the airport and collected and dropped off at hotel and clinic took a lot of stress out of the trip. Melanie who I was communicating was very accommodating and always answered any questions immediately. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who was considering this.
