Outstanding Experience – Truly 10/10! I recently had my first-stage dental implant surgery in Antalya, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From my initial enquiry right through to post-op care, everything was smooth and well-organised. The entire team anticipated my needs and made me feel supported every step of the way. The hotel accommodation was lovely, although a bit far from the clinic, it wasn’t a major issue at all. A special thanks to my coordinator, Burcu, who was absolutely amazing. Although my treatment plan changed (which also affected the cost), she took the time to explain everything clearly, liaised with the team on my behalf, and reached a fair agreement. Despite her busy schedule, she truly went the extra mile for me, and I deeply appreciate it. Aziz was also incredible, he looked after me with genuine care, even staying with me after my surgery finished late to make sure I was okay. He even helped me get dinner, which wasn’t part of his job, but he did it out of kindness. It meant a lot. A big shout-out to my amazing chauffeurs, Galip and Ahmed, who were always on time, communicative, and extremely professional. They made the logistics seamless and stress-free. Although I didn’t get to meet Tuhanan, my remote coordinator, in person, he was fantastic, quick to respond, very understanding, and patient with all my many questions and requests. Thank you for your support and diligence! Lastly, the Private Erdem Özdemir Clinic where I had my surgery was excellent. The staff were professional, the treatment was clearly explained, and expectations were well-managed. The implant surgeon and dentist were highly skilled, and I felt I was in very capable hands. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and team for anyone considering dental treatment abroad. Truly a 10/10 experience!

Communication was 100% from the start, never left waiting for a reply, no pressure to make a decision just help to make an informed decision with the assistance of other patients who had been through the process. Airport transfer was seamless (I travelled alone) and hospital was immaculate. Seen by every speciality pre-op for a thorough health check and always with a translator. Cosmetocity is the company I chose to look after me in Antalya, Turkey for my surgery. You will be treated as an individual with dignity and respect. Every detail of your experience is taken care of because you will have one dedicated person to oversee your experience from collection at the airport, transport to your hotel and to hospital. It is hard to put in to words how afraid I was travelling by myself to have surgery in another country. Your dedicated person, in my case this was Cihan, completely understood this and ensured I did not feel alone. He spoke English beautifully and was always there to answer any questions. I do not like needles or blood, I cannot emphasise how much of a phobia that is for me. Honestly, Cihan did everything in his power to help me with this. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am and how lucky and blessed I feel to have been looked after so well. The individuals who work for this company, are not just employees, they actually care about what they do. With many other companies you are just a number. Cihan is a highly educated medical professional, a real diamond who demonstrated the utmost professionalism and approachability about everything and anything…right down to telling me where the best places where to eat nearby. He’s a diamond and a legend.

Starting with my communication with Jasmine and ending with my trip out of Antalya, working with MaxxClinic was a great experience. Jasmine is a great communicator and she answered all my many questions really fast. She never makes you wait for answers and gets all the logistics of the trip working like a perfect puzzle, with all the pieces in place fast and efficiently. Derya and Ilayda were there for me from my first step into the city to my flight out. I have never in my life been so pampered and well taken care of. They drove me to my doctor's appointments, the hospital and back to the places I stayed in. Even had other appointments aligned if I was interested in other procedures. They (Jasmine or Derya) even managed to have me get one of the appointments right between changing my accommodation, so all went smoothly and easily, my bag with us and all ... I highly recommend the clinic to anyone doing medical procedures in Turkey. Antalya is easy to fly into and easy to navigate. My only advice, from my experience, is don't assume that you know medical stuff as I did, even when it's about your own body! If you have clogged ears after the operation don't assume, like I did, that it's just wax. I ended up treating my ears for the wrong thing and as I still complained of not hearing with one ear, on the day of my flight out, they took me to see a specialist (on their own dime). We finally realize that I had an ear infection. I am still dealing with it 8 weeks later, as ears take a long time to heal and I spend the first 2 weeks treating them for the wrong thing. Please learn from my mistakes!

had surgery in 2022 my surgeon Dr. Bahadir Celik was so lovely and had a mommy makeover the whole experience was brilliantly well looked after. I'm now here again to see him again I trust him completely the staff are lovely. My whole experience is 10 out of 10 even down to Mel who talks and sorts everything out for u on WhatsApp lovely people.
