My experience using Dr Pichit Siriwan has been absolutely amazing on each occasion over the last 10 years. I have had several procedures done by him with fantastic results on every occasion, which included, upper arm reduction/lift, mid-face lift, neck lift, breast lift and I have just booked to have my upper and lower eyes done in June 2023. If you are looking for a brilliant plastic surgeon who listens to you, looks after you from the second you land in Bangkok, provides supportive staff, and excellent results, Dr Pichit Siriwan should be your first and only option. The booking can be made so easy as the staff can assist you in organising top class accommodation, assist with receiving quotes on your procedures and manage any of your concerns in a timely manner. You will be collected for all of your appointments and the support staff are able to be there during consultations to assist you if there is a language barrier. The hospitals used are state of the art with caring kind professionals. Anyone who would like to be assisted in finding out more about travelling to Bangkok for plastics surgery can contact me. I only wish I had a Westerner to talk to before I made my first trip to Bangkok to have surgery, it can be a daunting decision so I’m not on anyone’s pay role just hope I can help people.

This hospital is utterly INCREDIBLE. Dr Piyawat is an absolutely brilliant doctor. They took a very grim and complex situation and completely transformed it for the better! They performed 2 life safe saving surgeries and helped with an absolutely perfect patient repatriation to Australia. Everyone I spoke to was so professional, courteous, the communication was flawless which in a non-English speaking country was a HUGE RELIEF! They were extremely fair, honest and upfront with pricing. Dr Piyawat went above and beyond to help my uncle and my family and we will be forever grateful. If you ever know of a non-Thai resident who finds themselves in need of medical assistance in Thailand I would not even think twice about where to go for help. Five stars is not enough!!!!

Your cosmetic or plastic surgeon will evaluate your face, skin and underlying bone structure, and also discuss the expected outcome of the surgery at your first consultation. Your current medical condition will also be evaluated, to assess whether any issues such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, blood clotting problems, or the tendency to form excessive scars are likely to cause problems during or after surgery. If you are a smoker or take any medications or drugs (especially aspirin or other drugs that could affect clotting) please ensure you inform your surgeon during the consultation. Before cosmetic surgery, your surgeon will give you specific instructions on how to prepare for surgery and also guidelines on eating, drinking, smoking and taking or avoiding certain vitamins and medications. For a smoker, you should stop smoking at least 1-2 weeks before and after surgery, because smoking inhibits blood flow to the skin and can interfere with the healing of your incision areas. You may let your hair grow out to hide the scars while they heal.
