I previously had surgery in May 2024 for a nasal fracture caused by impact with a heavy glass door when I was existing some facility. Long story short, the surgery did not go well, they reduced my turbinates—causing breathing problems—and did not fix the curve in my nasal bone, and had a drooping in my nose tip. I came across Dr. Ashraf's page while searching for a decent plastic surgeon. The moment I set foot at the clinic I knew I was at the right place. The warm welcome I received from the staff, and the due process in place. The atmosphere in general was comforting. Dr. Ashraf's communication is was most assuring. He meticulously asked questions about my history, he patiently and transparently communicated with me the issues at hand and made known to me what to expect after the surgery. For months, Dr. Ashraf guided me, and even personally referred me to ENT to fix other issues and to make sure he can operate cleanly to make the most of the surgery. After 9 long months living with a cast/splint on my nose to mask the deformations, we went ahead and performed the surgery on February 2025. The results are simply outstanding. My nose is even better than what it was before, there was a natural hump I had that Dr. Ashraf removed in the process. It was simply a work of art, and the surgery was a breeze. The level of care in follow-up was unprecedented to me. Weekly visits (or bi-weekly, my situation did not allow for bi-weekly visits), responding to texts and calls at any time of the day for inquiries. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my experience with Dr. Ashraf. Dr. Ashraf, and the staff are all remarkable.
