I found The BodyWell Group by chance, and I am so THANKFUL that I did. Since a car accident 4 years ago, I had come to think that chronic pain would be with me for the rest of my life (unless I had spinal surgery, which I was firmly against, given my age and the risks) and had somewhat resigned myself to this. I had tried other things and was still left with chronic pain, unable to sleep and at times, unable to walk. I'm a mum and work, so I need to be well. I just didn't know what to do! I decided to attend BodyWell, despite being sceptical, and after a detailed consultation and various tests, x-rays and digital scans, my treatment plan was put in place. It would take me so long to explain on here all the ways this accident and the after effects have affected me, but no need to get into that as following 4 weeks of chiropractic corrective care and the supportive services, the main thing I feel the need to shout about is that I can FINALLY SLEEP!! My pain in the lower back, hips and legs has diminished massively and being able to move more is assisting with some unwanted weight, which all combined, has seen a change to my mental health. If that doesn’t sell you on BodyWell or if you’re worried about taking that step, don’t be. Dr Christian and his amazing team really do care. You are greeted by smiling, friendly faces no matter what time of day. The staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and my experience has only been positive. My only complaint would be, why didn’t I find them sooner?

I have been a patient of Maria on and off over the last few years. The care I have recieved from Maria and the clinic staff has been excellent. Nothing is ever too much for them when dealing with someone suffering chronic lower back pain. They are always very supportive and understanding and will always accomodate me whenever I am in need of an appointment. This clinic is value for money. Dr. BJ Kim is an excellent Chiropractor and I would highly recommend him. Before visiting Dr. Kim, I was in significant pain. I felt as though I had tiny shards of glass throughout my neck and traps. After my first 15-minute session with Dr. Kim, the pain was nearly gone. It was completely gone after my second session. However, the best part of Dr. Kim's treatment plan is that he doesn't just address the pain; he, more importantly, targets the source of the pain, which I learned could be from an entirely different part of the body. For me, it was partially because of my lower back. After a few sessions and a little homework on my end, we had corrected the source of the pain and limited the chances of it returning. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone.

Thought i had pinched a nerve or damaged a disc after sitting down incorrectly, constant pain, couldn't bend, could feel a pinch/tightness with every movement. I got a next day appointment after ringing on recommendation. I have never been to a chiropractor so did not know what to expect and Dr Hagan put me at ease straight away, he is a lovely welcoming man. I hobbled into the office in pain but walked out PAIN FREE and almost euphoric!! I am still in shock that it was so easy to ease the pain. Dr Hagan even worked my shoulders and freed up the tension in them! I have just had a second session with him and feel my posture improving but most importantly I have no back pain since. I could not recommend Dr Hagan's clinic highly enough.

Following an accident in the mid-1990s I have had back and neck problems which have slowly worsened over the years, culminating in little flexibility and constant stiffness. I visited ACC for an initial consultation in March 2024 and had the first of an agreed series of treatments in early April. Results already show an improvement and the dull ache in the neck and shoulders has already greatly reduced. Communication, based on clear, straightforward explanations, has been excellent from all at the clinic, not just the practitioners but the administrative staff too. Five more sessions to go and I am looking forward to the results.
