I have been receiving chiropractic treatment at Lushington Chiropractic Clinic in Eastbourne for many years. This was to treat a right shoulder pain/weakness in my right side due to a combination of reasons: a fall on my right arm when younger, poor physical health, repetitive strain injury from various jobs and strain on my body after childcare. I have always found my treatment and the practitioners and clinic staff to be excellent. My condition was very painful but with repeated, regular chiropractic I have found that my strength has grown and I now feel at my optimum health. I still attend regular monthly appointments where possible to keep my body on track. Thank you so much to all the team!

I’ve been saying Dr Paul for 3 months now. I had been ill & had a lot of back pain. I had attended a Physio, Osteopath, who were very good, but didn’t really know what was wrong. I came to Health for Life & the Dr thought I may have fractures and osteoporosis. I was sent for an X ray, which confirmed this. I have been receiving very gentle treatment and advice on how to build myself up. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Jonathan was recommended to me by my son who had a painful back problem. We had both seen other practitioners in the area but Jonathan is by far the best. We found he quickly identified the issue and speedily addressed the problem. I subsequently had surgery on my ankle, a prolonged period on crutches which left me with general alignment issues and a degree of discomfort which Jonathan addressed in a couple of visits. Back pain, sciatica, neck pain all problem I had. So happy to say that Dr. Nutan is brilliant, solved my all problems. Loved all her exercises for Neck and Sciatica. Would highly recommend her.
