I contacted Austin's clinic as he provided the procedure I wanted more information on. Our meeting was informal and informative and Austin was open and honest with me. I came away more knowledgeable about what my options were and the costs involved.

I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received to date and would recommend this service.

It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.

Chiara is the best! she is amazing and a natural at what she does and is always happy to share her knowledge on all the procedures she carries out. She looks amazing and is always well-presented. Jenny came highly recommended and I nervously booked in for a consultation. Jenny is friendly approachaeable knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your concerns and requirements. I had concerns about lip lines but wanted a very natural result to reduce them without looking different. Jenny recommended fillers and was very confident and reassuring about the outcome being right for what i was looking for. I spent the first three days thinking anhh what i done and concealing some swelling with ice packs and makeup even though nobody even seemed to notice !. Within a week i can say I’m absolute delighted with the result and have immense faith in Jenny and her team tor their expertise, professionalism and skill.

This is most definitely a hidden gem in Maidstone and I highly recommend this place to everyone looking to have aesthetic treatment. It’s spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, has amazing staff & fantastic aftercare. Everything you could ever want! I had semi-permanent eyebrows done two days ago and I have not stopped smiling since. It's a great value. Up to this point, I've had very little and uneven eyebrows. I could never pencil them in to look even. To get up in the morning and see these eyebrows I now have is an amazing feeling. I will definitely be going there again. Thank you, Camilla.
