Mole Removal Ho Chi Minh City

During a recent visit to Vietnam, I decided to undertake minor cosmetic surgery. I researched a number of surgeries in Ho Chi Minh City and decided on Dr Tam at Whatclinic. Doctor Tam and his surgical counsellor, Ms Sarin-kim, were very helpful; they offered to help with any travel or accommodation issues that I might have, but as I had visited Vietnam on a number of occasions, travel and accommodation were already organised. As the surgery was not taking place till later in my trip, they kept in touch via WhatsApp, explaining the procedure. On the day of the surgery, I was directed to a hospital in HCMC where I met with Ms Sarin-Kim and Doctor Tam. They were very helpful; Dr Tam explained in detail the surgery, making me feel comfortable. Before the surgery, I was required to take tests and answer questions regarding my health. Ms Sarin-Kim stayed with me and helped me; some of the hospital staff did not speak English, and her assistance was invaluable. There was a waiting time so I was put in a ward, as the operating theatre was obviously busy. I was feeling very relaxed as all the pre- surgery tests and questions were similar to what you have in any major hospital, especially in Australia. I was taken into the operating theatre; Dr Tam and his team ensured that I was comfortable he again explained the procedure. I was absolutely confident and happy. after the procedure, which took about 30 minutes I was moved to an observation ward, I stayed there for another half hour, when staff were happy that I was ok they released me to Ms Sarin-kim who then gave me instructions on how to look after my incision, when to get the stitches removed after I returned to Australia, She gave me antibiotics and ointment to take care of my incision and help recovery. Overall, the entire process was great. I was a little worried at first, but Dr Tam and his team were very professional. Special mention to Ms Sarin-Kim; she was very supportive throughout the entire process. I am very happy I chose Dr Tam and his dedicated team Thank You

My wife and I had our eyes done, both upper and lower. It was the most professional and super high standard. I did my upper a few years ago in Norway, and this is MUCH MUCH better. Just a fantastic job and the service is toptop. We will come back to get something else done.
