All staff were very sweet & honest about treatment options for acne/dark spots removal. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything & is the opposite of one of those “skin care factories”. English-speaking staff were patient, caring. They made me feel very safe emotionally/physically throughout everything. They reviewed my routine, helped with products I should be using, and gave me honest advice on what I should be doing for my skin. I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest & caring doctors/team for skin care needs

I can wholeheartedly recommend Grace Skincare Clinic. I am from Germany and have only been in HCMC for a short time and this team saved my face. By wearing masks during the pandemic, I suddenly got acne and my self-confidence went down the drain. I wanted to have my face treated in Vietnam because I'd heard that it's done really well in Asia and is cheaper than in Europe. I decided to go to Grace Skincare Clinic in Vietnam and it was a good decision. I felt that I was in very good hands and the consultation was great. They spoke very good English, so I understood everything and learned a lot about my skin. Unfortunately, I only had two weeks and the team did their best to help me in this short time. After only two weeks I have seen a significant improvement. They helped me create a new routine, but also with products I was already using before. So they weren't trying to push any products on me. I had two more appointments for facials during this time and it was so comfortable and professional with them. If I would live in Vietnam, I would be a permanent guest. After two weeks I had to go back to Germany, but even after that they continued to help me, asked how my skin was and I could always ask them what to do. I am so grateful to Grace Skincare Clinic and today my skin is acne-free. The prices might be a bit more expensive than some other clinics, but it's definitely worth the money because the advice is super good and everything is very professional. I will definitely be back in Vietnam next year. I will go straight to this clinic to make my skin even better and more radiant.

I’m so glad I found this place. I never felt more cared for in any clinical or dermatologist setting. I couldn’t believe the level of care, kindness, and expertise that everyone who works here has! Such thorough and amazing consultations and treatments. I’m excited to try the new routine the doctor has provided me with. I highly recommend Grace Skincare!!! I also love the goddess-themed rooms, it gives an extra special divine feminine touch 🥰💫 10/10 I am so excited to come back again in the future!

I had spider veins from using steroids on my skin. A lot around my nose and on my cheeks. I hated them for years.

Great. No salespeople to try to talk me into something.

The doctor was really nice, smart and very honest because they told me all the risks. I went to two other clinics and they said I would be absolutely perfect, but I found it hard to believe them. Dr. Thao said I may have some blister or mild skin redness from treatment and that spider veins may not go away entirely depending on size and depth.

They had a good laser from Israel- told me it was US FDA (I checked to confirm) before I went back.)

Results are great- no more spider veins. I had redness for half a day, but no blister. I think I look handsome now.

I love this place very much! For customer service, I would give them 5 stars. The clinic is very clean and well managed. Process: explained to me everything very clear, all the staff took care of me very well, Dr. Hun is such a sweetheart, caring and so nice to me. I am picky but she would listen and answer my concerns very well. I would definitely come back here.

Had sunspots on hands and head. Was reluctant to let a laser touch my skin.

But Dr. Thao was so patient, she listened to all my concerns and she seemed to really care, so I trusted her.

The result is fantastic. The first treatment reduced sunspot on my head maybe 40% and almost made the spots go way on my hands. I go back for a second treatment later this week.

I got an acnes treatment here 2 weeks ago and the dermatologist gave me a prescription with 2 names of medicine which you can easily buy in pharma store or right there. The first week, those acnes seem rising more but no swelling so I can easily remove them with an antiseptic cotton. the 2nd week, 70% of my acnes disappeared and no acne scars (what I love the most). I came back to have a check up and she said I can stop taking the pills now and come back one a month to have a facial treatment for oily skin to maintain the result. Fantastic result :)
