I decided on Dr Meddi Skin due to their ability to accommodate me last minute and their reasonable pricing. They literally responded within 2 minutes and were able to arrange an appointment for me that afternoon I was attended not by one but two doctors who were very professional and hospitable throughout my stay. I already got moles removed in the USA and the procedures they followed and laser remove machines used appeared to be the same. I loved the service I received here in Vietnam. The doctors give you their time and you don’t feel rushed like I normally do back home. They were genuinely happy to see me and concerned about how I was feeling the entire time.

I arranged the appointments via Facebook messenger. The owner, Hien, wrote back very promptly and was very accommodating of my requests. I booked a Tuyet Tao mask and a Coreana laser for both me and my stepmother. As the day approached, I realised I had booked them for the wrong day! Thankfully, Hien re-arranged them without any hassle. Again, very prompt replies and very professional.

The location of the spa is very convenient. We were greeted by name at the door, which was lovely and welcoming. My first treatment was Tuyet Tao mask after advisors from Dr Chi. She is very knowledgeable about skin and face care; she made recommendations about what would be most appropriate for my skin and what treatment would be best. I appreciated her professional guidance on this!
