Dr Pradnya is the Clinical Director and owner and specialises in Ellanse ( Collagen stimulating fillers), Lip augmentation and  treatments to address migraines, lines and wrinkles as well as excessive sweating. She is also the only person in the world carrying out Pietro Simone Antiaging Cotton Thread Facial combined with Profhilo. This is a world exclusive treatment.

Dermal Fillers sometimes referred to as ‘wrinkle fillers’ or ‘injectable fillers’, are injections that have a wide range of cosmetic use. The filler is completely compatible with the human body as it is made from hyaluronic acid – a natural substance occurring in the body which is responsible for lubricating joints and skin tissue. Dermal Filler injections are a wonderful non-surgical alternative to cheekbone enhancement surgery. The injection is designed to restore volume in the cheeks, cheekbones, and chin that is lost with aging and return these areas to a higher position. This leaves the cheek area looking fuller, smoother, and naturally more youthful. Augmentation of the chin is also necessary to improve the facial profile in the aging face. We use high-end dermal fillers due to their high safety record, quality, and long-lasting results. As they are made from a naturally occurring substance in the body, they are non-permanent.

Collagen Facial

Collagen is one of the most important structures of the skin that give skin its elasticity and tautness. As you age, your skin gradually starts losing its natural collagen which in turn leads to a reduction in facial volume, which in turn makes the skin more lax and results in the formation of folds and wrinkles. Collagen stimulators like Ellansé are biocompatible and biodegradable and contain Poly L Lactic Acid which naturally stimulates the collagen forming cells to produce its own natural collagen to restore facial volume. By restoring facial volume, jowls are lifted which in turn reduces the lines and folds. Ellansé is a collagen stimulator that is injected and acts like a dermal filler Ellansé has a two fold action, it not only corrects wrinkles and folds, it also stimulates your own collagen to achieve longer lasting results. It is made from Poly-L Lactic acid and Polycaprolactone: both of which have been used extensively in medicine for many years.
