The team was super lovely on my visit! Was happy to sit there and chat with me while I was extremely early for my appointment. Lorraine was super nice and gentle and did not make me feel stupid at all for what I wanted done, is very empathetic. Love that the appointment isn’t aged and Lorraine really just wants to help where she can but remains realistic. Will not go anywhere else for future appointments!
