The setting is beautiful and inviting — it feels boutique and personal, not clinical or rushed. The doctors here are absolutely outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced, with a genuine passion for achieving natural results. What impressed me most is how open, friendly, and approachable they are. They listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and never make you feel pressured into treatments (which I’ve found can happen at other clinics). Their range of treatments is world-class — from anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers to thread lifting, spider vein treatments, and advanced skin rejuvenation. Every treatment is tailored to you, with precision and artistry that deliver subtle, beautiful results. Km Surical are first class. I had rhinophyma, when Ken and his nurses finished, to say I was over the moon does not cut it. My nose was "perfect" I said I looked like Brad Pitt (well nearly😃😃) The procedure was painless laser treatment. The service was impeccable, the staff extremely professional and great sense of humour. Money very well spent, I thank the team very much!

I came to an instant laser clinic as a last resort. I had severe plantar warts on my heal. About 35 warts in one spot on the heel. I had roughly 5 treatments, once a month. I had laser at other places however the laser was dialled up for my condition at an instant laser clinic. The clinician said to me, “we will get rid of all them, we may need to hit them harder, but it will be a successful result”. The end result was a perfect heel. Yes, I have scar tissue but every single wart is gone. This is a professional establishment and although the treatment was completed 3 years ago, to this date I have had no reassurance. 100% success.
