I had a fantastic experience at The Skin Project. The clinic feels calm, professional and genuinely patient-focused from the moment you walk in. I have had some very bad experiences at other large “chain” clinics filled with nurses so this was exactly what I was looking for. Doctors only.

Dr Tyler was awesome and really knows his stuff. He was warm, thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable. His approach is very conservative and focused on natural results, which, to be honest, was the most important thing to me.

The entire experience felt personalised with no pressure or upselling, just honest advice and subtle results. I look refreshed but still like myself. I would highly recommend The Skin Project Clinic and Dr Tyler to anyone looking for high-quality, natural cosmetic treatments.

I’ve been coming here for 10 years for anti-wrinkle injections and Laser skin rejuvenation or (“laser facials”) and the occasional lip enhancement. I’ve tried a few other places but always come back because the doctors (Tyler and Neal) here are really friendly and they don’t try to push treatments down your throat like other places do. Very laid-back very comfortable feeling. Good prices too.

I was amazed that for a doctor's only clinic, their prices for anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers are basically the same as the large Nurse clinics. However, their skills are fantastic. I have to say they are very gentle. I was very impressed with both Dr Tyler and Dr Neal.

I had a really great experience at The Skin Project by Doctors! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable — The doctors were so lovely and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. There was no pressure to do any treatments either.

I had anti-wrinkle injections and some laser skin treatments and my skin has never looked better. Everything was explained clearly, the results are super natural, and I still look like “me” — just fresher (like a post-holiday glow kind of look.)

I love that it’s a doctor-only clinic; you can really tell the difference in their knowledge and care compared to most clinics, which are nurses. I wouldn’t trust my face anywhere else now.

I am writing this review after I have been back to the clinic for the 10th time. The doctor here is amazing, very skilled at his craft and very gentle and decent. So hard to find in the cosmetic industry.

I had several sessions of laser skin rejuvenation with the doctors at this clinic. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. They combined skin care, IPL and Laser over a few sessions to reduce so much of the pigmentation I had built up over the years with Sun damage. Very happy. Highly recommended.
