After many weeks of research I found B&G Health Clinic. These guys ticked all the boxes in what I was looking for and what I needed. I was given a phone number for a lovely lady her name is Bilgi. This lady is absolutely fantastic you can message through what’s app. Bilgi arranged absolutely everything for me right down from meeting me at the airport with transfer transport to clinic plus a fantastic stay in the hospital with the most caring and brilliant staff that take care of you 24 seven and then you’ve got the surgeon. What can I say about this surgeon he is one of the best surgeons I could talk about. He is absolutely fantastic and very friendly comes and sees you have chats with you. Then after my operation and stay in the hospital transport was arranged to take me to a five star hotel. Wow hotel was absolutely brilliant with a thermal swimming pool. Only problem was the bar was a little bit expensive but you won’t need it, then I was picked up the following morning from the hotel I transferred back to the airport. If anybody is considering weight loss surgery, I do recommend giving these guys a try- even have a chat with them.

I found mono clinic on Instagram as I was researching different hospitals in turkey. I spoke to Ali who answered all my questions quickly and promptly and made me feel like he was generally interested in my worries. I decided to book with mono and after leaving a deposit and booking my flights was very excited to start my weight loss journey. COVID had other ideas. My flights were cancelled 2 times and Ali and cem who were my contacts at mono were able to rearrange my opp dates and transfers no problem each time. When I finally arrived in Izmir I was greeted by a lovely big car with great aircon and taken to a hotel where I checked in and waited to be picked up in the morning and taken to hospital. Ali and cem were both online at all times and there to reassure me the whole time. Once at the hospital I was checked into a private room and started to undergo all the prechecks needed.i had a full mot checking my heart lungs ...kidneys...liver ...the lot they even found i had gall stones and offered to remove them at an additional price. The opp went smoothly and the next 3 days in the hospital I pretty much just slept. The nurses don't speak English but this wasn't a big issue for me as I used my phone to translate or just did the actions of what I needed and they knew what I meant. Once I was discharged from the hospital I was taken to see the nutritionist and had a chat about my new lifestyle and how to get the best out of my tool. I was then taken to the aftercare villa which was amazing...ege and Aisha who look after you at the villa are soo lovely and they really make you feel welcomed and looked after. Those guys really are the best! Once ready to go home we were taken by another private transfer to the airport to come home. All in all, I would recommend mono to anyone who is thinking of having weight loss surgery here I wouldn't worry. You really will be on good hands. I am now 3 weeks post-op and lost 2 stone and I am very happy. it's not an easy road but will defo be worth it.

It is an amazing organization. All the staff are very friendly. They never left us alone.
