I had my surgery 3 weeks ago. Before I left home I was very apprehensive but those feelings soon went. My coordinator was Oguzhan who was superb and always answered my questions immediately. I was met at the airport and was driven in a nice Mercedes taxi van. We arrived at the hospital which was immaculate and had fabulous staff. I had tests in the evening and morning before having my surgery at 10 am. My doctor was a great guy and will see you 3 times in total. When I awakened after the surgery the pain is intense due to the gas the put inside you for the surgery but this soon goes away. The key is walking to alleviate the pain. I am so glad I chose Dr. Volkan and in 3 weeks I have lost 2.5 stone and I am wearing clothes that haven't fitted me in years.
Where do I even start... The BEST experience I've ever had in regards to anything medical. From the initial first contact right up until this day.. 2 months post op everything has been absolutely amazing. No pressure at all when conversations were had, where other clinics can be on the pushy side. The amount of information given, step by step, day by day information of what was going to happen was incredible. When I enquired, I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, allowed me time to confirm with my workplace and once confirmed sorted pretty much EVERYTHING! It was such a smooth journey from start to finish and I have honestly never been happier and more grateful to find two amazing ladies to help me kickstart my journey. My surgeon at the hospital, Serhat Buldur was incredible, answered any questions, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel staff were out of this world and the hotel was like a dream. If you're thinking about any surgery with this company, I would honestly 100% recommend.
