I went for my first consultation with Dr Evren Dilektasli just over a year ago. From our first appointment I felt comfortable, at ease and understood for the first time ever. Dr Evren is very knowledgeable in this field and had answers for all my questions and believe me I when I say I had many. It's a massive positive also that Dr Evren speaks English so there was no struggle with language barriers. It was decided a RNY bypass surgery was the best route for me as I also struggled with Diabetes. Before my surgery I had all the relevant tests and checks carried out with ease. On the day of my operation and throughout my stay at the hospital Dr Evren paid many visits to me to make sure I was ok and to answer any questions I had post op. Dr Evren's team and all the staff at the hospital were so caring and helpful nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The facilities were spotlessly clean and after 3 days I was discharged. This is the best decision I have ever made I am now nearly 50kg lighter and still losing. I am much more healthier, have more energy and thankfully now free from diabetes. Based on other clinics I looked into this was great valve for all the services I received. I would highly recommend Dr Evren Dilektasli to anyone thinking of taking this journey to change your lives and become a new you. In this process, he has successfully performed more than 4000 Bariatric and more than 3000 Metabolic surgeries. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and completed his General Surgery Specialization training in Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital in 2006. In 2010, he started to work as an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Surgery at Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, and in 2015, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor of General Surgery by successfully passing the exam held by the inter-university board. He accompanied or performed more than 2500 advanced laparoscopic bariatric and metabolic surgery, laparoscopic cancer surgery, breast cancer surgery operations between 2010-2015. Since 2018, he has been working at Istanbul Private Etiler Hospital under the Metabolic Surgery Foundation and started working with Prof. Dr. Alper Çelik. In this process, he accompanied more than 2000 advanced laparoscopic metabolic and bariatric surgery operations, and performed more than 3000 operations.
